Although it says refurbished they aren’t, they are customers remorse, you have a big chance that they are sealed or scuffs on packaging.
Good find.

I find it hard to see how you know this, individual sets will differ. They could have been used by someone with very low hygiene for weeks and you would never know. They are used headphones after all. Cold from me.
I ordered a set of H7's awhile back from the same seller and they looked like they had never been opened.

Pay the premium and get new ones or take the chance and grab them cheaper, there is always the option to return if your unhappy. I’m sure returns are inspected and items replaced e.g earcups if hygiene is an issue.
One of the best headphone I ever own. It is getting cheaper and cheaper, wonder I how much I can sell mine for later this month...
Can't see on site but wonder if the new ones come with a 2/3 year warranty vs 12mths for the refurbished models?

Ok, you still wouldn't have any information regarding the personal hygiene of any previous owners. These are used headphones and frankly there are some disgustingly filthy people out there with some absolutely awful habits. It's bizarre to me that anyone would buy used headphones. Almost like buying used underwear imo.

Have it your way, although you didn’t read what I have said.
I got a black pair of these a couple of weeks ago to replace a pair of AKG K551s and other than the fact the box was open it was in pristine condition. Make of that what you will. The headphones are brilliant by the way. A bit more bass than the AKGs but very nice sounding
£30 more for a new pair through the same ebay page is still a great deal if you don't want to take the risk on a refurb.
