It’s credited to Harris Wittels, a writer and producer for the TV sitcom Parks and Recreation, who created the Twitter account @Humblebrag in 2010.After noticing a trend of social-media users posting modest or self-deprecating posts that actually just bragged about something or complained about something desirable, Wittels created @Humblebrag to aggregate examples. Examples were especially common from celebrities—as they get to do a lot of pretty cool things and yet somehow find inconveniences with them.

Sorry if my question offended you or came across that way , certainly not intentional !
I have raised over £6000 for Alzheimer’s UK on this trip I’m going too , and yes , if you wanna call that bragging that’s fine , but myself I call that caring and wanting to make a difference ...
Honestly asking a question isn’t something you should get all defensive about , tool !

This will be fine - you will be limited to 15kg (I think) weight that your porter can carry so don't take too much. If you are looking for recommendations for the daysack I thoroughly recommend an Osprey Kestrel

That’s absolutely correct mate , 15kg is the weight limit for the porter as you stated 🏻
Bought it anyway , I think for the price it was worth the punt !
Gotta send my 100 litre one back now

Got a Berghaus 247 plus 30 litre daysack buddy
Pricexchecker:
Does anyone know the size, ie fir plane hand luggage?

It says it's 60ltrs capacity, so the outside is obviously larger

The largest mainstream hand luggage size is EasyJet at 56 x 45 x 25cm, meaning a maximum external size of 63ltrs.

As the volume of the bag squashed flat would exceed 3ltrs, then it's only getting on a plane as a cabin bag if you're lucky so prepared to pay the related charges.
Berghaus bags are such good quality. Good deal £35.

I’m close to liking this, but cannot get past the contrasting good deed and offensive insult to finish.

The initial apology, finalised in anger sort of reminds me of the I’m Alan Partridge quote “Idea for a film - ‘Free Spirits’.... no, change that to ‘Bad Attitude.’”

Good on you for raising money for Alzheimers UK, it is a worthy cause and all too often overlooked.

I can understand how your initial comment was mistaken for bragging and the tongue in cheek comments that followed, but glad that you clarified the details.

I wish you all the best on your trip.

Didn’t think ‘tool’ was that offensive of a word to use tbh buddy , just a bit miffed by the remark he gave that’s all ...
And thank you , appreciate your kind words 🏻

Think you're being a bit unfair there.

Also any idea if this would suit my valet to carry my stuff for me? I'm thinking if he had two of these, one in each hand, that'd be slightly easier for him.
Oos
