Nice pair of leather walking boots, good brand and trusted seller! Been waiting a while for these to drop back down, picked a pair up in the black Friday sales for £75 as a Christmas present and I was really impressed and the recipient was very pleased. I'm guessing the price has dropped as we start to head into summer, but I personally prefer leather boots all year round for walking. Can't see this price staying for long as still +£35 at most other retailers!

Apparently Go Outdoors will price match these with there 10% off promise bringing them down to £58.50( +£5 if they you do not already have a membership card).

No. They were good boots when Brasher made them. Since the berghaus buyout the quality has suffered. Have a look around online for the full story. Prices for these brasher/berghaus cost cutters are lower in price because they are made cheaper. Not bashing the op just making sure people know a little more.

thanks for heads up
Didn't need. Bought anyway. Thanks!
Bought a pair of brashers for £50 a couple of years ago. A lot better quality than these as well
Mostly 4/5* reviews, couldn't see anything about quality going downhill as the factory they are made in hasn't changed, only thing which has changed is apparently they are now made with better leather source Felt a decent boot for sub £100, only time will tell I guess.

Cheers been on the lookout to replace my Brashers, I must have had them six years and walked thousands of miles in them. Still going strong, but fancied a new pair! Cost me £25 with some vouchers I had kicking about!
Cheers OP, heated and bought!

yep, the main issue is the rate of wear of there rebranded boots. I have no doubt the pentland marketing machine are in top gear helping bolster reviews but the issue was (and still is to my knowledge) the rate of wear of the soles.

On the surface it doesn't seem like much has changed but I've owned brashers and had (they went back) a pair of the new offspring for a while and there is a world of difference. My old hillmasters were great and I know things change but holy cow brasher top dogs really shouldn't have sold out. A great boot company making reasonably priced, well made long lasting boots swallowed up and dissected. Shame.

But, people will of course buy at this price. and that's cool. Maybe things will change. If not you can always return them and hopefully get your money back if the problems haven't been sorted.
Ok for wide feet?
But £95.79 for size 12?
They can keep them oO

Blacks also price match Amazon with 10% less promise. With free click & collect
Does anybody know how quick go outdoors normally turn round a price match. Submitted it online this afternoon but nothing back yet. Do they sit it out until amazon run out of stock!!
Be warned - last pair of Berghaus I bought both soles came away from the boots after just over a year; when I did some online checking on the forums it turns out this was a well known fault. Berghaus offered me a 50% discount on a new pair - told them to stuff it and will never buy that make again!
£108 if your over size 10.
I've had two pairs of Berghaus for a few years and been very happy with them. An excellent brand.
Wife and I both have a pair of these. I ended up buying mine as a last minute purchase when I went to Poland on holiday in January and was about to leave airport hotel and realised my main boots were still at home !!!!! Paid £85 and it's like wearing my slippers, so comfy, but great ankle stability. Highly recommend
Expired, £99 now.
Should expire tonight hopefully, for anyone still looking I have added a similar deal on the Fellmaster model.
