Famous for its many museums, galleries and a wide variety of cultural and architectural landmarks, Berlin is a popular destination amongst culture seekers. As well as offering countless sightseeing opportunities, the city has a unique nightlife scene, with many bars, clubs and live music events providing locals and tourists with entertainment throughout the year. Around Christmas time, travellers may choose from up to 60 different Christmas markets, the most famous being Charlottenburg Castle Christmas Market, where a multitude of Christmas tree decorations, traditional souvenirs, local delicacies and mulled wine may be enjoyed in a cheery atmosphere, with carols and bright lights around. Shopping fans may visit designer boutiques on Kurfürstendamm, one of the most famous avenues in Berlin, or find a bargain at one of the flea markets in Mauer Park. Tourists can also head to Museum Island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site consisting of five of the city’s most important museums. Here, visitors can admire classical antiquities, excavated findings of the Near East, Islamic art and much more. sorted byThen it's simply TCB---> Budgetair---> buy your Ryanair flight for £8 off. (Slam in your claim.) Budgetair also offer a small discount vs Skyscanner prices.
My son & I got home for Xmas with the family for £16 each, going back out to our other place abroad for another £16 each in a couple of days
The taxi to & from the airport costs a lot more than the flights.
The other Ryanair tip is to check in real late & don't pay to reserve seats, you'll mostly get free emergency exits seats or bulkheads - definitely aisle or window seats at worst.
Would need more than 2 nights in Berlin there's so much to do !
Ryanair is the most reliable airline in Europe. It has a very modern fleet that never crashed so far. It shifts more people in Europe than any other airline, by far. Staff are friendly & professional.
Mr O'Leary has told checking in staff to go easy/ polite/ friendly & I'd be really surprised these days if you'd ever get a surcharge for a couple kgs overweight. Last few Ryanair flights we've flown on, nobody even glances at your luggage.
Should be plenty of choice & availability at that time of year.
A superior room for the same price.
