Was last at this price in January (credit to Bobbyuk for that deal)

MANGO FLAVOUR, 45 pack only at this price

The HUKD community will generally have varied viewpoints concerning the need (or not) to supplement a range of vitamins. I rate effervescent B vitamins (won't bore you with the research-based evidence from a sports training point of view), but at this price happy to purchase the heavily-marketed Berocca over a supermarket version

Hope this deal is of interest to others

Choosing a no rush delivery free £1 credit makes these just over £1.50 a tube. Similar price to own brands. Heat from me.
Anyone tried swallowing one to see if it goes fizzy in your belly???

I purchased the Wilkos variant and it gave me the shakes! Tesco and Asda versions were fine ... but I don't know what Wilko put in theirs!
Thanks OP, agree that they help if people are doing sports ... helps me anyway

I think it will go fizzy in your mouth first as any moisture will make it react and you might not be able to swallow it!

B vitamins are involved in the energy - producing pathways of the body (especially in how carbohydrate is metabolised), so it makes sense that during sport / intense training more of these reactions are on-going and the body’s demand for B vitamins increases; this is furthered by the fact that “heavy sweaters” can lose significant % of B (and other vitamins / minerals including magnesium) via their fluid losses..... hope this helps
