TL;DR: Here's an Amazon third-party seller cheaper than Costco, and Amazon, selling the Sensitive version, for £7.41 + Free Delivery.

I saw this in Costco last night (was there getting sis the 1.75L of Kirkland Signature Vodka - similar to Grey Goose, so they say).

I'm not familiar with the prices for Magnesium Oil, but I assumed this was a good price for 2 x 100ml - £16.18 Including VAT (picture in Costco, St Rollox, Glasgow last night):3249618.jpgThe Original version has some people complaining on Holland & Barrett, Amazon etc, reviews that it can sting/irritate their skin, so I had a look out for the Sensitive variety.

The blurb:

Dermatologically tested, the unique formulation of BetterYou MagnesiumOil Sensitive Spray delivers magnesium for the most sensitive of skin. A simple method of magnesium supplementation.

  • Dermatologically tested
  • Gentle on sensitive skin
  • Improves bone and skin health
  • Naturally repairs and relaxes muscles

BetterYou Zechstein Magnesium commences absorption immediately when sprayed onto the skin. This essential mineral helps to promote overall well-being and relaxation.
10 sprays deliver a minimum of 100mg (28% RDA) of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium. 100ml contains 600 sprays
3249618.jpgHow transdermal magnesium supplements work:
Applied directly onto the skin BetterYou Magnesium Oil Original spray is absorbed in to the highly porous epidermis and through to the blood vessels and muscles beneath. Completely bypassing the digestive system where many nutrients are not absorbed. Transdermal magnesium offers an effective alternative to tablets and capsules.

  • Spray on the body and massage well into the skin. Ideally after showering or before sleep.
  • For best results, apply to clean skin. Reapply whenever needed.
  • Apply anywhere on the body avoiding broken skin and delicate areas such as the eyes.
  • Concentration on joints, muscles and areas of concern.
  • Suitable for children and for use during pregnancy.

The Magnesium Tingle: On initial application you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high speed absorption of magnesium through the pores. This will pass with regular use and as absorption commences immediately, skin can be towelled off after massaging in.
3249618.jpgEffective Magnesium Absorption
The magnesium is absorbed transdermally through the body's largest organ; the skin and we only use the most bioavailable form of magnesium – Magnesium chloride.
3249618.jpgSupports Bone Health
Magnesium supports bone health by helping bones to absorb calcium and gives skin a natural healthy glow.
3249618.jpgNatural Muscle Relaxant
Natures finest relaxant, magnesium aids the relief of muscle tension and stiffness.
3249618.jpgAids Restful Sleep
When the body’s magnesium levels are too low, it interrupts sleep cycles and making it harder to stay asleep.

Snake oil in spray form
This is amazing stuff thx OP heat added x
If you want to get some magnesium in to your system then why not just eat some spinach, avocado, nuts, etc? I'm just wondering how spraying this on to your skin could be more effective in getting it in to your system than just eating some foods that naturally contain it?
All I know is that a few people use it and benefit from it - not the greatest answer but I don't personally use it
I bought few weeks ago. Total Rubbish. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
I wouldn't waste any money on this. Mg2+ is quite difficult to transport across the skin barrier.

Seems to me like a very expensive placebo.
