All very well but does it simply say FAT ? Most people dont even udnerstand BMI/BMR but do understand FAT
Worth taking a moment to reflect on how completely purposeless bathroom scales are. If you are eating right and exercising you can see you are losing body fat and adding muscle. If your trousers don't fit the opposite is true
I don't get all this weighing nonsense, just get naked, look in the mirror, do the wobble check. If results are bad get training and eat better. If you can!
Great suggestions but they take far too much effort.
I am lazy and want the scales to tell me otherwise (hopefully!)
