Any codes Frank?

Sure! code is CHANGETHERECORD

2 x 8kg dumbbells, 1 set of super strong elastic cables set and my own body and I stay superfit and lean at around 10% bf all year. 3× body weight circuits per week and plenty of walking or cycling...rubbish like this is not needed neither are gym memberships which are one of the biggest cons of all time, unless you want to build up a huge over muscled physique that imo look ridiculous and cost a crazy amount of money to maintain and are incredibly inefficient,

Staying fit and lean is 80% diet 20% exercise.......and regular good sleep

You can Chuck in a kettle bell if you want to add something different

Well spotted, thanks! good job somebody is awake...
Unfortunately it's the TT sport not the maxima
I’d get this but not sure the floor joists would take the weight with me included.

So I’ll stay as I am - a big fat porky.

Knockout deal though Frank

No it does not. Should be their.
This plus a power rack with bench and olympic weights and you have a very decent home gym for less than an iPhone X.

If you don't bench, deadlift, squat then your not even working out. It's …If you don't bench, deadlift, squat then your not even working out. It's called compound exercises people this machine is a joke . If your overweight then buy a treadmill, bench and dumbbell set. Best scenario get down the gym. You'll learn more and get more motivated. Good luck to you all.

Depends what your goal is, ive seen ripped ppl lift 10kg Dumbbells using the pyramid scheme with more reps, then seen hench people lifting stupid amount of weight with low reps, this be good to keep fit and active if you dont wanna go to the gym!!
I always aim for the higher lifts but im not very strong so this be perfect for me, only time im strong is when im pissed off 🤔
Expensive cloths hanger!
Or join a gym for a year

from the god goku. You cant even 100% Ultra instinct. Talk big when you beat Jiren.
Seems expensive for a future clothes horse.

There are 24 hour gyms now which are just £14 a month. So you' break even in 2 and a half years. Way way past most people who buy this will have jacked it in.

My advice, join a gym instead. You'l get a proper workout with better equipment.
Why not just use free weights? Also takes up less space.

Totally agree. It's amazing how far just a chair and a pair of dumbbells can get you.

The single most important thing is dedication, which, unfortunately, is never on sale and frequently out of stock!
Personally not for me. In my experience these multi gyms do every exercise just about but not all that well, reckon you’d be better off getting a bar and a bench (+ power rack if can find one in budget).

Or better yet a budget gym membership for couple years; meet new people + it’s more social, you’ll have tons of equipment to use should you wish
Join a gym and meet new friends by sitting on their warm ballsweat-soaked gym apparatus. Yeaaah.....Nope. Thanks, I'll buy my own equipment thanks .

Every so often there is a gold nugget of advice on HUKD and this is 24 carat.

But I can't sell my gym membership after I haven't used it for 10 months.

Everything I learned came from an old school style gym where I’ve met a lot of friends, I’m now even a godfather to a members child, I only met him a few years ago and that’s how close we become. I’ve met some of my closest friends in a gym. Although I agree with some things you’re saying I don’t think a gym is a con for everyone. I know some people in the gym who are lonely at home, another guy who had a stroke and has no control over his left arm, a guy who brings his daughter who is disabled and so many more. It’s not always about our health and physique, it can be a place of a community and friendship
