Thanks op. Had a browse and bought the babushka one. <3
I meant they claim no links with former owners, not former company. The BHS brand name was bought out by an investment vehicle, so technically 1928 is correct
At the top of each page it states established 1928 so a little misleading if saying not related to former store, can tell by the type of items for sale it clearly is. However, heat as I wasn't aware of this site and some bargains for anyone looking for chilli or beer jam at 3 quid from 20 haha
Yes it did. There were no buyers so company filed for bankruptcy. Brand was then relaunched as an online only platform towards the end of 2016 i believe. They claim they have no links with the previous owners...
I miss the old BHS! It was so much better
I thought BHS went bust ages ago?
Pretty cheap at Asda. Plus you get to support 'murica
Not voting but the new company behind BHS which bought the name have a right cheek, click though onto their site and they say London 1928 no mention that it being formed in 2016 when they bought the name only and is Qatar owned now seems like false advertising.
Received mine yesterday. It looked to be a return as the fittings bag was ripped and tape ripped on boxes. First thoughts are that I can't see how this would be any better than the supposed DIY store vortex fittings. It's quite heavy with the bulb housings fitted and can see why they recommend securing to a joist. If you ever damage the key you're in trouble, or even if the nuts become tight over time due to heat expansion, then the key may struggle to remove without breaking.
Went to my basket again this morning and the discount was applied.
When I add the discount code it shows with a cross through it and doesn't discount the price.
These lights are much darker then the photo. Sent mine back (y)
Don't be factious lol. Rangers were really founded in 1872. Shame it was because of bankruptcy they had to redo at 2011
this is " britis home store ", ( read the name carefully ) loads of people think it is the good old " British Home Stores " just online
no. this is " britis home store ", ( read the name carefully ) loads of people think it is the good old " British Home Stores " just online
What what.. BHS still exists ? online only ?
Has anyone every paid full price for BAYLIS & HARDING?
+ £3.50 delivery ... I believe they don't have any shops left?
ye, got one for my father in law, thought was really baggy
Had one of these last year didn't think much of it at all Made in china too I think which is pretty ridiculous when you can buy much cheaper products similar made in Europe
No good then? I was going to get one of them for the parents for Christmas ... (embarrassed)
Yep. It got removed from my basket too. Price didn't change though! :D
Hampers are way overpriced! Wowsers! Some good deals other stuff though!
Think it's expired. On entering the code it says "You need to enter a valid code".
Used to love Woolie's Pick N Mix 😋
Ahhhh yes British hamper stores
Just searching the internet for an electric blanket and saw this one advertised here. I thought this was a very clever use of the old British Home Stores name/logo. Checking their returns policy though they refer to returning things to an Asda store? Did Asda take over this branch of BHS?
This is the great thing about the world we live in, the majority of people make their own choices. Some people eat dinner on their own and if they feel like a roast dinner, they can cook it themselves rather than buying a shop bought ready made one.
And who makes Yorkshires that small? Looks more like a muffin tray. I do mine in a 16" x 11" roasting tin. Dishwasher safe? You should never, ever wash your pudding tray/tin. Just wipe it. It needs to be seasoned like a wok.
4??? Who cooks a roast dinner for one?!
Ordered. Thank you.
Thanks for this! Great wedding gifts!
Many thanks. The flutes match my 30th Birthday Royal Doulton wine glasses. Nice to have a matching set of flutes and wine glasses
Nice discounts. Heat
and limited lifetime warranty is just if you are using dishwasher I think
can you show me the place were is £60 @ the moment?
1st off it is limited lifetime and they will worm out of any claim blaming you or normal wear and tear, this is the entry level, not 3 layer like the better ones, they feel cheap. Tesco sell them for £60 ish full price iirc and they come on RTC often around £30. Better to keep an eye out for the infinite offers between £85-100 that come with the high end non stick and large stock pot. I also wouldn't give BHS a penny after they way they shafted all the high street staff!

I think they're all oos now
Great deal thanks. Wish I had looked at the other selection before ordering - the champagne flutes are great value at £24
There is also a Quidco Cashback currently @ 8% with BHS making it even cheaper!
Not a bad deal, I think the £50+RRP is a rather old price though, this duvet is under £25 most places
There looks like there's some stitching in this photo. Plus the man looks really happy! :D
Double Was: £54 Now: £13.50 - Great price. But not sure how true the was price is! Who pays 54 quid for a duvet! Great prices though - thanks OP heat added!

Sale has finished in my local store
I sense a shopping spree coming on. Thanks OP. The my little pony clothes will go down a treat
Ha ha ... you can go wrong - every toaster I buy does not toast both sides evenly and new toasters are so slow ...
