Victim of small print i guess "All items are available for delivery to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland. We do not deliver to any international addresses,off-shore islands of the British Isles or BFPO addresses."
I ordered a sofa from them, paid on ordering online, about 6 weeks later the manufacturer phoned me to say it was ready and would I pay for it, it turned out BHS do not have any furniture, they just are just agents for the manufacturers, and they had not paid for it, it took several phones calls to sort out that it was paid. Then they phoned up and said they do not deliver to the Isle of Wight, I said why did it not say so at the time of order, and that also I have a large BHS store approx. 200 yards from where I live, so how does that get stock? It took many phone calls then as it turned out the manufacturer would not deliver. They wanted to refund my money, but I insisted as I had waited so long I wanted it, as it had been made. In the end they decided to deliver it as an experiment to see if it was feasible.
