I wonder what the average IQ of those who buy this sort of stuff is. …I wonder what the average IQ of those who buy this sort of stuff is. I'll wait for a few comments, that should give a rough idea.

You seem to have a lot of hate towards people who are lactose intolerant.

Flavour?

Its like a mixture between those ready made oats tubs (real ones not fake!) and a lite weetabix / porridge taste, pop a 1/4 teaspoon of peanut butter or couple of slices of overripe banana in it, if you do not like the taste, its better than the other 3 brands that do the same thing, this one is a lot less sweet and rests easy for digestion

Estrogenlicous

Phytoestrogens, no perceivable effect on the body. Mammalian estrogen from dairy on the other hand can cause feminising effects due to it's similarity in structure to human estrogen

Funny how the media have jumped on soy for possibility of increasing estrogen but not dairy I wonder why?. I was only joking anyway because it's only been suggested but not proven but was enough to put me off
Thanks.

How much reading have you done on the connection with soy consumption and the side effects I.e elevated estrogen levels? If I remember correctly the last time I looked into this, there is a fair bit of clear research that shows there is a clear link and long term high consumption of soy does have effects that are negative to men. Studies with dairy have not shown the same thing even with high consumption.

I'd only read about soy increasing estrogen after seeing lukeo44's comments I had a quick Google of dairy causing estrogen and it was there but that's the first I'd ever heard of it!
You can't go wrong with Bulk Powders. Just wait for a 30 - 45% code and stock up.
