Bikey balance bike only £20 at Tesco (was at hengrove, bristol) I thought this was a bargain as they have similar for £37 online. Bought 1 for my son but he's only one..cant resist a bargain!! And bought a birthday present which took it over £30 so used my £10 off voucher so got it for £10. Can upload pic of receipt if needed.

Hot deal

Will you be buying a car without an engine and a hole in the floor à la Flintstones when he turns 17?

Good idea!! Will save on petrol!

Now there is an idea, I don't know why they don't sell one.

Surprised this doesn't have more heat, great bike for a great price.
My son has a similar one which I got from HB for around the same price, he's 3yrs old and balances amazingly already. Definitely a good buy for teaching your kids to ride without stabilisers! There is logic behind the madness.......

Some people take the pedals off their kids bikes instead of buying one - it basically gives them the chance to learn how to balance without having to think about pedalling, so it should then make the transition easier, plus they are very light.
My son can now roll down hills (dont worry, just shallow grassy ones at the campsite etc - I dont send him off down mountains and wish him luck lol) and balance all the way down while not putting his feet down and steering himself and he scoots along at a decent speed on the flat. But a couple of months ago he couldnt balance the thing just sitting on it. Soon we'll be giving his proper bike back without stabilisers to see how he gets on
