Terrific book- amongst other things it effectively debunks the idea that the plays were written by someone else.
Always been a big fan of BB, loved all his books. With the exception of the one i bought recently 'The Mother Tongue' which i found painfully dull and couldn't even finish it. Put me off buying his books again.
I may give him another chance with this though.

The Mother Tongue was one of his first books published in 1990 so don't let that put you off!! Pretty much everything else you have read was written after it.

Ah, i thought it was more recent than that. I bought it earlier this year after seeing a deal on here for it.
Have you read this Shakespeare one ?
My favourite part of these kindle deals is following the page to find out when I bought it
