Hows best way to appy say engine a sprayer and leave on for period of time …Hows best way to appy say engine a sprayer and leave on for period of time ?

I usually do a 10:1 ratio on engine bays, if it's got grease/oil all over, use a bit stronger.
I always do it in the shade, I'm not keen on the idea of spraying stuff on plastics in sunlight as it can cause damage.
Get yourself a nice detailing brush or if you don't want to splash the cash, you can get away with a paint brush (brand new/unused).

Spray the APC all over the engine, then start to agitate straight away with the brush. You can use a steamer, hose pipe or just microfiber clothes to clean it all up. If the engine is really dirty you'll have to do a few passes of the same steps, and have a few microfiber as using the same one isn't going to help being dirty.

Used this for the engine bay. Very good stuff
Anyone have any experience using this? I’ve just ordered the clay bar by the same brand after hearing positive reviews.
Love it. Most of their stuff is top class but this cuts through grease brilliantly

Saying out of stock...

They've changed the look of it thought it did used to look like this below, must be rebranding.

Used this for the first time over the weekend for my car. Amazing stuff. Just make sure you water it down accordingly, I used 1:20 dilution for interior cleaning, dash etc and 1:10 dilution for exterior bits n pieces, took it off with ease.

Used it with pack of these: amazon.co.uk/Det…h=1

Can't go wrong with the Bilt Hamber clay bar, have used them for donkeys years. Be sure to use with lubricant. Don't know where you've ordered, but just be aware there are definitely fake versions on eBay, and they are p#ss poor.
Do I use this really for only the engine bay? Can i use this externally on the car body as well? I mean can I add it to my bilt hamber snow foam?
Apparently their snow foam is amazing, I will get some once my Gtechinq stock run out

It isn't very foamy but still dwells a while, it’s the best I’ve used, winter I usually just snow foam and jet wash off, I’ve got a TMV going to my outside tap that’s set to 37c so that helps massively too

The bilt Jamberry clay bars only require water as a lubricant and work unbelievably well. Never had a dud product from them
Thanks ordered. Which spray bottles are people using for this?

Buy mine from ebay, just look for chemical spray bottle. Get one with a ratio on the sides

Another saving of £20 per year when u buy an electric vehicle.. lol :-)
Great on the engine bay etc using a foam sprayer, I use it on he van to clean the paint work, brings it up a treat without any scrubbing...

Do you have a link for that sprayer, please?

Thanks.
The fact that a bunch of other car detailing retailers are all currently out of stock of this speaks volumes for how popular it is.
This is the newer version, you can find the original a bit cheaper on Amazon to, just keep pumping it up as the foam dies quickly, but when you do it clings to the engine bay for ages, great and useful device.

Good explanation and a great channel..
