Not card size, it's bigger than my flip phones. I'd rather get a simple Alcatel sim free phone from CPW or online for £2.90, same size but proper disply and 450hrs standby.

Can you post a link in this thread to where you can get the Alcatel phone on it's own (no contract or forced to buy PAYG credit) for £2.90?

You pay £10 compulsary credit (which you can use!) and still pay only £12.95 for a proper phone.
can you get angry birds on it?
What sort of credit card is 1cm thick, 10cm long and 6cm wide? Surprised the ASA let them get away with this.

They won't be happy when they see the phone you're using.

Is this really 140g? Surely that's a mis-print. I think my 3.6" touchscreen, 5mp camera, good build quality phone is only 135g.

My bad, sorry I should sleep now
can anyone recommend a smaller cheap phone?

i like the idea of one that would fit in my wallet or whatever for emergency/battery dies etc
Below is a picture of the phone from another angle.

It's a typeface used in printing
Is there an upfront charge?
Everyone may have one more cell phone like this for special someone. lol
So how big and heavy is it after all? And what is the resolution of the display? The picture makes it look super fine, but the easier explanation may be that it is done in Photoshop...
My Son is bugging me for a new phone for Christmas, might get him this as a joke gift
handy as an emergency phone, even if just for the glove box, assuming that the battery keeps some charge when switched off (a lot of very simple phones manage to keep some charge for quite a considerable time)

the best feature, other than the completely throwaway nature of this, is that it is sim-free, meaning no rigmarole of buying a specific carriers airtime credit or having to faff on (often at a price) to get it unlocked.

hot from me.
weight seems to be 62g having checked a couple of fleabay listings (incidentally they are a lot more pricey than this deal)
the cool

"Odd type of micro usb" connector for charging according to the reviews on Amazon (where it's £20)
nice little phone - no good for the suckers who treasure bells/whistles....but handy for anyone else

HOT
brilliant
What version of android does it run?
I got this, just what you expect from a £10 phone, not exactly a brick but no 'credit card size' either. Poor display, cheesy ringtones, but quite easy to operate once you get going. Good enough for me as a backup phone, or to lending it off to someone with a Giffgaff SIM.

Ordered 1. Thanks.

Wanted to order another to keep in car as emergency phone, but listing has now ended.

Oh well never mind.

You definitely can if you're home late from the pub.
I have expired the deal as this auction has now ended, they have re-listed the item but at £12.99 + £1.99 p&p search mino in the argos ebay shop....
