Edi...thanks for this ..a good price...I have a BT DECT set of 2 phones..if I bought this would I be able to use it as a 3rd phone without plugging it in to a telephone other words would it link to my BT set up .any help would be appreciated.

I don't think it will, but I'd be happy if someone could prove me wrong since I'll have the same problem soon.

Yes as long as both phones are DECT then you 'Should' be able to use the different Base units.

In your case the binatone base would not be used (except as a charging station).

In the phone menu it will be different for every phone, but usually along the lines of 'Select Base', you then search for bases, at this point you normally need to hold down the 'page' button on the base you are trying to find for 8-10 seconds unil it bleeps or lights flash or something.

On the handset it should find the BT base and request a PIN, you will find this either on the internet or in the manual, its normally 0000 or 1234.

Hope this helps
