Wow its been a while since posted on HUKD July 17. I just couldn't wait to post this as deal I find is the best so far.

I was looking for this online yesterday and found that BM have this at the cheapest I have ever come across. Even the cheapest I have seen, but is at around £5 with voucher for 12ltr (50pltr if its £6 ) and £10.50 with voucher for a 25ltr 42p/ltr. Without voucher if you buy 3 of these for £11.97 compared to full 25ltr price of £11.99 you get the 3rd free.

**** double checked the Becton store had another delivery so it looks like its is regular as the staff confirmed****
Why am I mad about this product over others. I have used dry litter and wood ones.

Dry litter gives off dust even if it says dust free.
Wood one are treated so not hygienic too.
This
Bio-Catolet Cat Litter as described on BM site.

A light and hygienic cat litter that neutralises nasty odours to help keep your home clean and fresh smelling.

Bio-Catolet is environmentally friendly and kind to your cat, creating a comfortable environment for your furry friend.

Features:

  • Made from 100% waste paper materials
  • Light celluloise paper granules
  • Extremely absorbent & dust free
  • Reliably neutralises odours
  • Soft & kind on paws
  • Bio-degradeable
  • Easily disposal - can be composted
Size: 12 litres (Approx.)

on another site it says it will absorb 250% of its weight in moister. try it leave a pellet in a plate(clean one from the bag of course) put water little by little and see how it bloats up.
Availability I went to few stores(Romford opp Queen Mary hosp, Chadwell Heath, Goodmays not in stock at the time) then went to Beckton picked 3of3 and Letonstone H St picked 3of3{sorry 3 cats constantly using this I will finish them in no time}) on 1.2.18.
I was told this is regular for now so will go the latter two stores to recheck if this is true.
PS Matter of fact if I want the cheapest per 25ltr bag for £7 I will have to purchase 88 for £600. Only if you have storage for 88 bags and can afford to spare with £600+.

My local pet shop has it for £10.50 for 25l, thought that was the retail price?
I wouldn't compost this when the slightest chance of worms in the mix.
You can buy meat-bone-dog/cat poo composters, which are double walled bins that are half-buried in the soil, heated by the sun, and different bacteria break down the contents into the surrounding soil.
Or dig a hole, bury this stuff, cover and move on. But I wouldn't put in in my veg plot compost.

I used to buy the cheap stuff, now I use Catsan. I don’t have to change it as often so although pricy, it works out around the same. Plus I’ve not found anything better for masking the smell.

as per post I have used all available on market including CS it is not dust free, when it gets wet and starts to dry it solidifies I have to scrape it from the bottom of the tray, and isles I am doing something wrong, after just two bags I got tired of cleaning it also it sprays dust when I pour it in the tray, that is not be good for anyone. I have also used the expensive one for sophisticated cats which looks like gel, cant remember the name yet still not good plus its expensive.

also used store's own and other branded ones, this does it for me all the time. It not just hides the smell, it is 100% dust free and it just slides out of the tray. and when I fill it the tray is large one, the cats used it more than two times at least. Also when I am out i fill up the fray and come back in late in the evening is all looks good.

Most hygienic like I said in the OP.

Plus when the cats do the poo and splatter the bitterroot of the tray i) the dusty ones are harder to clean off ii) the bio CL just pick of the floor and just wipe the floor with a wipe.
