won't the food fall out when it degrades?
How lucky are we in the UK. we even have food we can waste and then buy special bags to put it in. My conscience is now clear. Another option would be, and this could be controversial!
To cook less for meal times, serve smaller portions, buy less food. Give excess food to old, poor, homeless.

You obviously only use frozen veg out of plastic bags filled in a factory - out of sight out of mind!

No you don't. I'm in Wales and I pick mine up from the council, for free.
Free from Southend council but then we have always done things differently. We still have weekly collections.

I bought some of these from my local Savers store, unfortunately at £1 per roll, but found they were too small for the bin and didn't have a tie handle so, in my opinion, pretty much useless. Lidl do a pack of 15 for £1.49 which fit the bill beautifully and, as far as I am concerned, well worth the extra.

Whereas You obviously have no concept of Waste, where or how I buy my food. I can state as fact that in the last 8 years I have reduced all waste produced within my household by 70%.
Too small for our kitchen top caddies, need to be about twice the size
Free from council in Hertfordshire

These bags are RUBBISH. They are too small to fit properly in the caddie.
