Ingredients
Each coated tablet of Bionorica Neuropret contains 425mg of extract (as dry extract) from St. John's Wort aerial parts (Hypericum perforatum L.) (3.5-6;1)(equavalent to 1490-2550mg of St. John's Wort). Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% m/m.

Bionorica Neuropret also contains:

Extract excipients
Maltodextrin, silica colloidal anhydrous

Tablet core
Silica colloidal anhydrous, micro-crystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, sodium starch glycolate (Type A), magnesium stearate.

Tablet coating
Hypromellose, sucrose, talc, calcium carbonate E170, tragacanth, acacia, liquid glucose (dry substance), titanium dioxide E171, iron oxide hydrate E172 (yellow iron oxide), vanillin, beeswax white, carnauba wax, shellac.

They're herbal, age old treatment. So no, they won't be prescription only.

Paracetamol work, they aren't prescription only.

In case anyone isn't aware: it's not a good idea to combine this with the contraceptive pill as it reduces the effectiveness of the contraception.

If these are well made regulated doses for safety then they have a use. (I prefer spirits personally) If you get unregulated doses, and certain brands put far too much of the active ingredient in, you'll start hallucinating bright colours and your day to day functioning will be depreciated. Luckily our welfare state still works to the point where you can get free (or cheap) prescription drugs of this level, anti-depressants or anti-psychotics where appropriate, from a trained person (GP) with more training than a layman. If you're so messed up you're considering suicide, see one of those people.
