Original Poster

Not sure just downloaded it myself looks ok, apparently it's a MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) and Eurogamer give it 7/10

Sorry but I accidentally voted cold

The heat should be 10 more than it shows.

Don't forget Mortal Kombat PS3 also!

Guardians of Middle Earth - uk.ign.com/art…iew (7.5/10) MOBA as stated before. Its 5 v 5 online too iirc

If this is a free download why list this in "Deals" instead of posting it in "Freebies"?

It's not a deal as its included in PS+. Don't need a post every month telling us the new games.

How can you add 10 heat?

ether707

How can you add 10 heat?

I meant to the OP that the heat of this deal should be 10 more than it shows. When I accidentally voted down it decreased by 5, if I hadn't made a mistake it would have gone up by 5.

I didn't mean 10 heat should be added X)

Doesn't each person represent 1 heat?

No you get more heat on your vote depending on certain criteria. e.g. The amount of hot deals youve posted, how long you've been a member etc etc. I have 3 at the moment. Used to have 7 but they revamped it a while ago and cut everyone back.

Didn't realise it was 3d, downloaded the vita version so didn't bother with ps3! May have to check this out now. Thanks :-)

As said its been posted before, it's technically a freebie and we really don't need to know everything that Playstation + releases.

Its not a freebie, you pay £30/40 a year subscription to get access to the games, which change every month. Its useful information. Heat added.

I take it you don't have it then. I for one am glad someone has informed me what is available.
If you are not interested why bother coming on the thread and commenting.
Heat added, thank you op.

Is mortal kombat free actually for PS3? Because last time I checked it was just for the PS Vita

Great game if you haven't played it.

This has been live since last Wednesday I think. BioShock 2 doesn't ingest me. I've still to lotr game

Yes. Was Vita only at first but on PS3 now as well.

its not truthfully free as ur pating a rental fee to have this when ur suscription ends u no longer have it until you pay for another ps plus/rental fee subscription

Don't understand why this has been posted as a deal....I think us PS+ members are all quite aware of what is free to download each month just by logging into the PS Store.

agreed ........this really is pointless. teh whoel point of having ps+ is that you go online alot . and you know you get games for the duration of the subscription period .... it hardly a big deal to log-in and check whats on every 2 weeks

Yup ps vita

fattyuk

Yup ps vita

and ps3

Fs, doesn't take an English student to look at the ps plus section of the store.

This should be in the freebies section too...

I know the splicers get up to some weird stuff but I've not reached that part

I've got 30 day trial if I downloaded this game soon as my trial is over it won't let me play it unless I get ps+ again total rip off

I thought that too until I searched for the ps3 version. It is free on both platforms.

Yes because the place that gave you your education led you to believe that 'trial' actually means 'forever'........such a cruel world

Your education obviously means feck all then! My mate had a year subscription to PS+ got a few 'FREE' games and now after his year of paying is up he can't play the game unless he signs up for another year, absolute joke and as I said above rip off... Thats like going to a shop to buy a game, then paying more money 12 months down the line to keep playing it.
It doesn't matter if its a trial or full year, once its over the games say EXPIRED, FREE means FREE in my eyes and the game should let you continue to play.

I think i understand what you mean which i noticed is similar with my xbox live subscription as some games i payed for via XBLA but yet once i'm not connected to xboxlive or my subscription expires then these games become unplayable unless i get a new xboxlive subscription. Which i'm guessing is similar to what you or your mate are experiencing even when you have a game it becomes useless if you don't have a active internet connection or an active subscription to PS+.

Must be mate, I've only been on a few mates Xbox a couple of times playing about so not really clued up on the whole Xbox crack, just know you have to pay £30 a year I think it is to go online! Do you have to pay more money for a kind of store thing to get free games?

Just annoys me that they make people pay the £30 for PS+ for a year, say there getting given FREE games and you can't use them once its over your 12 months! Theoretically there not free as they'd be able to be used forever if they were, once there yours there yours.
But thats big company's for you, there only in it for the monies and to rip us customers off anyway they can and will.

I like these posts as it reminds me to go download the new games
It's very much a deal as its not free, it's included in ps plus which is a bargain considering what you get.
I don't care I don't keep the game as just move on to next one when completed this one.
Although not even started batman arkham city yet

It's rental vs outright ownership.. thats it, there is no hidden agenda, no rip off, just a lack of understanding of what you're paying for.

It sounds similar. It's what put me off downloaded games for both PS and XBOX360 as i have both but play offline for my ps3 as at the time it was more a cheaper Blu ray alternative and gaming was more a secondary feature as i mainly used xbox360.

LoveFilm for example is rental, PS+ yes its subscription but there saying you get the game FREE therefore you can't compare this to a rental as you know your only renting to use there goods and have to hand them back.
Like the gym, you pay your subscription to use there equipment but you know your not allowed to take it home, it says nowhere FREE in a gym.
Somebody will see where I'm coming from and think the same, free is free and you should be able to keep the game!

I know what your saying to explain the confusion there are things which can be listed as trial version and free download, trial version would mean for a limited period of time or for only a limited amount of contents compared to the paid version. Free games are as the name says free sometimes these can be due to holidays or just to help developers get their name out there but whatever the reason this means they are an actual game and so shouldn't be limited to be used only when the customer has a PS+ subscription but i think the reason behind this is they do this to promote you to keep getting a valid subscription likewise for some games/functions on Xboxlive.
