Added a bit more info to the title, a brief description and a piccy. Individual product deals are best submitted as "product" when submitting a deal, so a price shows on the right hand side.

Yeh I noticed that when I used Pixmania for the 1st time last month - never realised the stuff was sent from France c/w french only manual (Toshiba HCMI dvd player).

Can't help but think this (]http//ww…295) is just as good a deal, and a bit more secure when you register?

Plus, they have a good returns policy.

Ta.

DO NOT USE THAT COMPANY.

I brought my parents a DVD player for xmas last year from pixmania

the DVD player played one film and never worked since, I contacted pixmanina and they have told me I need to send it Royal mail insured to an address in france, that was gonna cost £25. (about 2/3 of the original price i paid)

so if yours has a fault after 14 days then its gonna cost you what you paid for it to send it to them to have a look at it. oh and I also think they charge you for the pleasure of looking at it and does not necessarily mean they can fix it

Have you seen this one with USB connectiv

£31.00 delivered.

Are any of the DivX players on Pixmania multiregion? The specs say they are Region 2 but a few of the customer reviews have stated that their players turned out to be multiregion.

I could not find any multiregion hacks for those players either (BIOSTEK or Peekton).

It's now £19!

Ive had 2 of the wharfdale dvd players mentioned by somebody previously from ebuyer and both have messed up resulting in my returning them with a week.
I would strongly recommend not buying the wharfdale. I know you only get what you pay for and the wharfdale does have a lot of features but when it cant even play a standard shop bought dvd for more than an hour without crashing then something is definitely wrong. Two down and i certainly wont be getting another. I think I will invest a bit more money in the next system!
