just a case, no motherboard etc. Only one of each colour in stock

On motherboard posts do you complain they don't include a case?

Picture is of a case and name of the item is in the title, Bit Fenix don't make motherboards and I have never seen a case sold with a motherboard.

No, because a motherboard is a motherboard but a case could contain anything. The ad just says 'no psu', all it needed to say was 'bare case'

It's not naked it's blue or green

Way to over-complicate guys

And Bitfenix make pretty good cases in general.

Bought - £18 to ship to N.Ireland unfortunately.

The only thing I've ever seen included with a 'case' and not a 'barebones system' (like a Shuttle) is a PSU and if you use a 'free unbranded PSU' included with a case you deserve the eventual fallout. For a nice branded case-only deal, this seems really good.

Never heard of a base unit?
Ever heard of asus? Their motherboards are found in many independent manufacturers' cases

Please stop embarrassing yourself even more, "no PSU" is quite common in any PC case description as a lot of them do come with a PSU. But sure, go ahead and complain to major retailers they don't use "bare case" instead.

Kind of glad these went out of stock, was umm-ing over buying these and definitely didn't need another computer/case but know it was a good price.

In the 20 years I've been in my job I've never seen a case come with components other than a PSU, unless it says it's barebones. It's always been advertised as a case with no PSU if it's the exception, otherwise assume it has one.

Oos

The handles make it a bit oversized and the color .. the color.. fun for a day, a week, then an eyesaw forever

What a fuss! All I said was case wasn't mentioned (either in the OP at Eclipse)

I just threw up a little, this is so ugly.

The whole thing is massive, it's a medium tower that only takes a mini-ITX motherboard.

Anyone actually interested in this CASE, there's a review here by the makers

FWIW Eclipse have got the spec wrong

They will still accept orders even though they are not in stock, you can even unscrew the handles from the top and underneath the case.. but the PSU needs to exhaust from the bottom so i wouldn't do that. But you could replace them with custom case feet.

I put hi-fi speaker feet on mine to make it shorter and more stable while still allowing the PSU to breathe.

Good case. Easy to work inside and can take a massive CPU air cooler and has multiple radiator mounting points if that's more your thing.

The big blue case in the picture not enough?

I'm now off to complain to Currys that my new fridge didn't come fully stocked with a selection of the finest beers and cheeses and that it's their fault as they didn't tell me that it wouldn't when I ordered it.

How very dare they!!!

All it needs to say is case. £35 and you think there is going to be components inside. you're delusional.

Superb case for a gaming rig that you perhaps want to be able to pick up and take somewhere. The other one to look out for is the Raijintek Metis Plus.
