Great saw in the Amazon BF deals. Cheapest I've seen it. RRP £60.58, next cheapest £45 on Amazon, although it can be found under £40 on other sites. Comes with 3 blades.
Mine cost around £45 some time ago, and is still going strong. I used it to cut the roof out of a VW Combi to convert to a camper!!

Very useful saw, had mine a couple of years now. Came in handy quite a few times.
Like how I can also use it as a jigsaw. Well worth the money. Heat.

Cheers I had been looking at reciprocating saws that seem to have a skinny saw blades this seems to look sturdier

Why has this been expired, I've just bought one?
Not that great. I was given one as a present about 5 years ago. Used once. A decent hand saw is much more effective.
This is great. I used mine every morning for slicing nice thick door stops for my toast.

Sorry, it went out of stock, so I expired it...they obviously adjusted their stock levels with Amazon, and it seems to be available again.

Sounds good, the ivy is very tight against the though wall so not sure if the saw would manage to cut it though,it would be ok if it was a branch on a tree with clearance all round it
Excellent tool for this price.
Long term use is not good, the weak point is the metal sprocket that holds the blade, it wears out quick in use and even with a replacement part, the saw is never the same

Thanks I will a have a look at those it's annoying it's a 20" high wall and I took my eye of the ball and the ivy grew from my neighbours side and will be causing big problems if I don't get it off,the mortar is lime and the wall is over 100 years old,I would have loved to have nuked the whole thing with poison but it would have killed all of hers on her side
Honestly, the scorpion is a bit pants.

Ok, it's cheap, but it is weedy and cuts slower than a handsaw.

You really should consider getting a reciprocating saw instead.

I quickly discovered this and so sold it on and am much happier.
