The offers aren't as good as they used to be, you now have to spend a lot more to get the free sets near Christmas.
I used to buy direct from Lego all the time but get better offers elsewhere.
Hope PayPal do an offer along this
Some of the dates are wrong, eg the buildable brick is only for 2 days

Ah thanks for pointing this out, I did this just after midnight
It's a shame Lego is so expensive I loved it as a kid and would love my kids to be playing with it and not on electronics so much. Theres little imagination in electronic devices

Brand new Lego is expensive
second hand Lego, not so much!
to save ££ you just gotta do some legwork and setup some keyword searches to alert you!

I always buy it almost half the price, get the creative boxes cheap often which they can build whatever they want if they have the pieces

Asda atm has the large box half price, £25, online as well but I think click and collect is free but delivery has a charge
Double Points and Tree just about cover what I am looking at..

Either it's always been expensive or it's cheaper now in real terms. I desperately wanted the big pirate ship in 1989, it was £50. A similar sized set isn't much more nowadays whereas everything else is now at least three times as expensive.
The Lego Batmobile is not £229.99 but £219.99

There's lots of STEM stuff out there. Meccano and Raspberry Pi are good entry level products. Lego Mindstorms (educational version) is pricey but well worth an investment as it introduces you to basic programming. As a STEM ambassador it's amazing what school pupils create for the Lego League challenges each year.

Thanks , Corrected this
If anyone has a natwest rewards account too, you can get 7% back in rewards. 39021934-yrE1A.jpg
The lego shop is only good for buying rare or expensive parts, such as servo motors and pneumatics, which cost just as much as they would second hand on ebay. The double vip points would mean 10% off basically.
Watch out for the daily promotions, items are limited per day.
Anything decent is already oos

Lego must have so few available.

miserly
The Lego Batmobile 1989 is available for ordering early. But the site seems to be hammered now.

Im expecting some lines at the Brand Stores tomorrow with people getting it quicker than online. Though i doubt it will sell out online seen as its just come out, id expect them to have signifiant amount of stocks of a set like this.

Buying in store will get you much more gifts. The Santa and special Black Friday Brick is in store only. I managed to get my order in before the site started crashing on me. I can't even log in to check if the order has actually gone through. Although PayPal has already sent me the confirmation of the payment.

I see what you mean about it crashing yikes, won't let me add it in my basket oof, wasn't going to buy it anyway just curious if all the promos where applied. Enjoy the set looks epic even the promos, hope you got VIP points for the order too would have given you £10 to redeem on crappy gifts or vouchers.
I ordered one, got the mini 1989 BM, the Christmas tree, 3% Quidco and 1700 points. The value of the mini BM and Christmas tree on eBay is crazy
Got the batmobile in store today as by the time the site worked for me the gwp batmobile was all gone. Was worth the trip as I ended up with 5 different gifts (mini batmobile, Christmas tree, the brick friday brick, Santa polybag and a giftwrapping set) with it. Also got a free blue brick keyring with a new VIP sign up.
Can’t wait for the 23th
Loads of stock left in Westfield Shepherds Bush Lego store.
