But they didn't make it bootable, which would make Windows updates a bit (lot!) easier. (hope he didn't pay £299 for it)

This is the 11.6" version. In the OP it's the 13.3.

Laptip outlet on Ebay has the fivetech which seems identical to this for around £100 - 20% bringing it to around £80

Edit: price has gone up £114. After code around £93.

Good choice at laptop outlet but the fivetechs are all refurbs. (I have one and very good condition). Best will be GradeAs (obviously) but check the words. Also N5000 and N4200 are Pentiums and faster (perhaps not by much?)

I'd never heard of shadow until today, now I've seen it mentioned here and at work several times.

Are you basically renting a virtual machine that you then install your steam library?
