    Yes I purchased premium hybrid mattress ( refurbished when they use to be on Ebay ) on recommendation from family members, Absolutely love it very firm but my goodness sooo heavy purchsed another for my son . Several family mebers have it now some 3 years and no complaints . Only found out last week on here we can unzip the top cover to wash ! great idea

    Apparently Eve went into administration last month, people not getting their orders and can’t get hold of customer service, I was almost tempted!

    We bought the Hybrid Single for the guest room. Absolutely awful mattress, uncomfortable and looked cheap and nasty, we tried to return it within a few days and got nowhere with Eve, then they went in to administration so we were stuck with it. When our new mattress arrived from another company we ended up contacting a local housing association to see if they knew anyone who needed a mattress, which they did so we donated it to one of their tenants.

    They’re went out of administration very quickly when they were taken over by Bensons. Glad you were able to donate it to somebody in need, but you’d have likely got your money back.

    Are these in-store anywhere? The hybrid foam mattresses I tested all felt really odd compared to a tradational spring mattress.

    I don't think so, but you have a year to return it for a full refund and they even collect it free.

    The whole bed in a box thing is a scam.  All the mattresses are way overpriced.

    Mine was delivered in a box it was delivered flat with 2 men delivery as it weighs a blooming ton , mine I believe has 1200 or 1500 springs
