black friday deal sharp 49 inch smart led tv was £329 now £199 from Friday while stocks last

Bargain, currently £329 look forward to Friday.

Free delivery as well and can add a Roku stick for £8.99 due to promo of saving £10 when you buy a tv.

If you wanted to buy the tv now online at Tesco Direct, assuming the info is correct (OP has good form in previous Tesco tv deal) they will refund you the £130 when the price drops on Friday with a call into customer service. This is because they price match themselves 28 days post purchase. Could keep it sealed just in case the retailer changed the promo before going live, as there are free returns.

Admittedly it's Sharp but those specs are incredible for that price. How do you know this deal is going to happen?

btw, no way to run Netflix natively on this one
just in case someone was wondering

Most folk don't know the difference between tellys, for most it's all about the screen size, smart features etc. before they even think about picture quality, and even then, my missus can't even tell the difference between SD and HD at times...this is a 49" full HD telly with smart features for under £200, it will tick the boxes for anyone that isn't a tech geek...gets a hot from me

What do you expect for £199 ? it doesn't cut the grass, make the bed or do mouth to mouth resuscitation ! It's a £199 !

Thanks for the heads up

Says update coming in December to enable it

Pretty soon we will be seeing more deals once this TV being price matched by most retailers like Amazon, Currys, Argos & John Lewis.

Update being released in December will include Netflix

Cant knock under 200 quid for that..... bargain.

I might order this online tomorrow with the free delivery and do what chanchi32 said. Keep it seeled until Friday incase this offer isn't available then phone up and get the difference refunded if it does. Thanks

Good luck.. Hopefully a voucher or cashback deal doesn't come during that period. Else you might miss further price drop..

Very tempting, but my old Hitachi 41" HD Ready 720p plasma somebody gave me years ago is still going strong and I hate to just swap a TV for the sake of in (like all stuff I have).

Still a blinding deal and if my one was playing up I'd get one.

Problem is if Tesco get a backlog of people ordering early and if they have a system that tracks pre-orders chances are it won't come on a Black Friday offer.

I prefer to wait for the deal to go live.

Sharp. Awful tv. Awful customer service. Avoid

I have the 40" version. sound is low but I'm not that bothered. what makes me angry is when the tv is too slow while connecting to YouTube etc. my other smart TV beats it by miles!

Great for under £200

Can you run plex direct on this?

A very good deal for under £200. Definitely the best sub £200 around 50" Black Friday tv I have seen.

What a bargain!

This makes me a bit hopeful that there will be deals on 40" Full HD TVs from 'decent' brands for under £130. I'm looking for a 40" TV for the bedroom.

I have this model btw and use it as a giant monitor. Excellent picture, great for watching 1080p's and playing games.

As far as I know it is not a vestel, or vexel or whatever the crap screen one is called.

is it good for a ps4 console. any lag problem ??

not 10 bit panel cold

Don't need but so want at that price.

Sorry for stating obvious but if it doesn't get reduced you could always just take it back if price is the overriding factor!

possibly one of the less convenient items to return though! :

That is one thick skin tv.

Thicker booty than a crt.

Seems good deal but probably a vestel or something, best to wait for a decent LG deal as they're best value

The product details. *Netflix will be available via a free of charge software update. (the TV will need to be connected to the internet using either the wired connection or built in Wi-Fi). This is scheduled for early December 2016.
