Can one of the mods clarify and tag this to the correct section? No idea where it should be.

An old film but one I really enjoyed.

A decent proce for 4K Dolby Vision @ iTunes though may have been cheaper before I think.

From acclaimed director Ridley Scott (The Martian) and renowned producer Jerry Bruckheimer (Pearl Harbor) comes the gripping true story about bravery, camaradarie and the complex reality of war. BLACK HAWK DOWN stars an exceptional cast including Josh Hartnett, Ewan McGregor and Eric Bana. In 1993, an elite group of American Rangers and Delta Force soldiers are sent to Somalia on a critical mission to capture a violent warlord whose corrupt regime has led to the starvation of hundreds of thousands of Somalis. When the mission goes quickly and terribly wrong, the men find themselves outnumbered and literally fighting for their lives.

Just a shame it's not in Atmos so I'm opting for the disk version this time. Seen people slagging off iTunes 4k but I was comparing my Alien 4k disc to the iTunes version I've got and it's hard to tell the difference watching it on a calibrated Panasonic dx902. 4k iTunes really do look good.

Has this been recently upgraded from HD? Don’t recall this being a 4K option previously
Recent upgrade I believe.
Should be very recent as getting a full re-release. 4k comes up well apparently

The 4K Blu-ray gets top marks, so sounds like a good deal to me.

You might well find that the Atmos soundtrack arrives soon on iTunes. Might be worth waiting a couple of weeks when you consider the price difference.

The people slagging of 4K iTunes often only look at the bitrates and make a judgement based on that alone. I guarantee most haven’t actually watched any 4K content on Apple TV.

Ah ok I might wait then, cheers.
Great price if this is the remastered version. But for this one I'm going to wait a couple of weeks for the disc for an extra £13 from Zoom.
only the disc version will have the extended edition of the movie worth bearing that in mind. watched the disc version this afternoon atmos soundtrack is off the scale

I was wondering about the extended version, as it’s not listed in extras. Still, I’m not sure 7 extra minutes is worth the price difference.

I'd love to know how to jump on the iTunes, the price of the movies are great.
I don't own iPhone etc, but with over 100 4k discs (big movie can) I could probably sell half of em and be quids in.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Purchase an Apple TV 4K and setup an iTunes account if you don't already have one.

Alternatively I understand the new Samsung and LG TVs will have an app built in meaning you won't need the Apple TV.
