If your deal included a cash back by redemption or a line rental discount this will be shown on your order confirmation email. Your cash back is claimable in five instalments over the initial duration of the airtime agreement. Cash back on 12 month contracts is claimed during billing months 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 from the date of connection or upgrade. Cash back on 18 and 24 month contracts is claimed during billing months 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 from the date of connection or upgrade.

To claim, simply fill out our cash back claims form which can be found in the ‘My Account’ section of the website.

Please note that claims must be received within 60 days from the date shown on the mobile bill you provide to be valid.

Once approved cash back is paid within 14 working days directly into your bank account as supplied by you at the point of ordering.

Please note that you cannot claim a cash back if you have cancelled your order, disconnected the SIM card from the network, or you have changed your price plan with us, or with the network. The mobile bill you provide to us to at the point of your claim must be in relation to the mobile number we connected or upgraded. If you ported a different number to your new contract, the bills then need to show the number you have ported to.

If your contract includes automatic-cashback, you do not have to claim for this and it will be paid within 90 days of connection.

Cashback will become void for customers who disconnect from the network prior to their payment being made.

Great find op
Feel privileged.
So tempted by the slide out keyboard! Unfortunately the phone is just far too expensive to justify. Am hoping Blackberry will release a more budget version that has the same slide out keyboard form.
Physical keyboard- I want one!
dont trust Vodafone to payout they ripped me off twice using quidco!!
looks good
Want one but just too expensive. Samsung now sell a snap on keyboard cover to go on the front of some of their phones which is an alternative option.

You need to watch the Priv prices carefully. If they don't sell well, the prices could come down significantly as Blackberry try to get rid of them. I agree- right now it's just too expensive

I got this 3 days ago direct from Blackberry for £559.99. This included a OEM flip case worth RRP £39.99 and a desk top charger stand (no charger included) worth another RRP £29.99 for free. In CPW without the "free" accessories mentioned above it was £529 SIM FREE. I went for the direct BB offer as I wanted the case. I am now returning them all under the BB 30 day money back guarantee - not to get it on Vodafone on the deal here (its a good deal) but simply because I hate it. I'm actually BB through and through and so it pains me to say it but the wifes Samsung Galaxy S6 is amazing compared to the Priv. I am just go to back to my BB Classic (Q20) that I put in the draw last week when the Priv arrived as a cant live without a physical keyboard but i cant live with Priv's issues either (keyboard too small for me, slow, non polished Android software). Still voting hot though!
I don't think you get those add on benefits on the 12 month one

also - 428 , so quidco give you 100 quid off ??!!
44 quid a month doesnt sound stupendous frankly

Or wait for the second-user ones to trickle in, that's what I did with the Passport and then found out it wasn't right for me (rather do that for £250 vs. the £550 RRP or whatever it was).
£64 a month?!

And people go on about iPhones being overpriced!
At least the passport is true to its roots , and good

If I was on benefits I STILL wouldn't spend that much just so I could phone the Dole.
I can't judge contracts as I'm a SIM-only kind of guy but is it just me or does the spec of this Blackberry finally bring it near the competition? It's still probably too late but it looks impressive and I miss the old Blackberry physical keyboard!
It would be cheaper to get a taxi and speak to someone face to face.
I guess the point about this deal is you can then get a cut price 5 pound sim in year 2 , and the whole package over couple years will be pretty cheap , assuming the phones still going in year 2

What the hell do social security benefits have to do with a mobile phone offer?

I've not said £428? Also MPD site quite clear you get the add ons if you care to check the deal.

Thanks for the heat people. As I said it's only really a great deal under certain circumstances but as you can potentially get the phone and a years high usage contract for less than the sim free cost, it's worth a pop if you want the phone and use lots of data. Also worth mentioning that redemption is easier over a shorter period.

This is a 12 month contract.
this is a good deal for 12 months. I'm biased though as had a play with the phone before release and really liked it. it was actually unfinished when they released it for testing and sent OTA updates at the end of the testing window that improved the phone a lot. it was great to use in our opinion. I'm tempted
Really interesting to hear that some die hard Blackberry fans aren't enamoured with the keyboard, hmm, has prompted me to think about where nearest vodafone store is so I can pop in and hopefully give one a try before setting my heart on it.
As far as I know no Vodafone shop have these. The Priv is a CPW exclusive in the UK and even then you will lucky if anything other than their very large flagship stores has one in stock, even luckier if they have a demo model out for testing. MPD is part of the CPW group.
No shops have these in store , i walked the length and breath of birmingham before i decided to bite the bullet and take a chance.

The keyboard wasnt the decision maker and neither was bbm(dont actually know anyone with a bb anymore just me ). Its the package , yes its massive in my passive hands and the offical hard case makes it even more massive .However its buttery smooth , looks good , screen is amazing and it updates each month with improvements (had one yesterday) . The camera is amazing if a little laggy ,but the battery literally lasts allday and i mean a working day 7-11 atleast including 3hours + screen time.

Yes its not the fastest phone out there but its the best for me right now , 32gb internal AND microsd was the clincher !
Can someone give me a link to this exact 12 month deal. I cant find it.
