Bought one of these last year, it’s great to go wire free especially if you have a big garden. So liberating I bought a Li Bosch mower too so now completely wire free with the exception of the scarifier.
Perhaps more pertinent info would be that I only had to charge it twice all last year and that’s with three large lawns to edge and a big raised border to go round that the mower can’t quite get to the edge.

How do you find the AFS to use?
I've one of these as well, it's lovely and lightweight for humping round the garden. The AFS is fairly painless - don't think I've ever had to manually adjust the string except when changing cartridges. Heat added!
I wish they'd make an adapter for two 18v batteries.
Got this last July when it was £89.99 at amazon - don't regret it at all - very good, sturdy and long lasting.

How are you managing to get this long out of the battery? I have this strimmer and get around 30 mins max on a charge, which I thought from reading other reviews was normal.
