It's been this price for ages. However it's amazon, so something will probably go wrong and good luck trying to get them to fix it!

Sorry but that's complete nonsense. Amazon are absolutely first class when it comes to returns and customer service in general.
Price difference aside, which do you think would be better/ more durable. This or the Bosch amazon.co.uk/Bos…KCU ?

No, they used to be. If you've got about 10 hours I can tell you 2 recent stories which prove that their crappy attitude to the countries in which they operate in (and dodge paying tax) and their staff who are treated appallingly has now trickled down to their customers... Buyer beware, if anything goes wrong they will not fix it, and their chat agents will lie repeatedly.

For the extra £12 I'd go with the Bosch; i.e. £30 total spend, rather than get the B&D, then the Bosch when the B&D Breaks. (£48 total spend)

Lol. Already opted for BnD. Anyway, its going to get a good test in the first 30 days, so if it breaks then it shouldn't be too much trouble to get a refund.

It's just not true. In the last 6 months I've had issues with a lot of purchases from Amazon. Every single one has been replaced or refunded without quibble in a matter of days. Sometimes even receiving the replacement before sending the return. And this includes some pretty expensive electrical goods.

Yes. If you use Amazon regularly, I don't know why you wouldn't!

LOL, same reason I wouldn't buy membership to Costco or any other shop. But that explains why amazon are still being decent with you, and not with me. Unfortunately for them, I've been a customer of theirs for about 15 years, and now not only I, but my extended family and friends won't be using them anymore. I can't wait to watch their empire topple, as it's bound to do if people like me are boycotting them.

So what is that "same reason"?
