Ordered. While it's not a top-of-the-range Sony, it should be more than adequate for some occasional gaming and TV. At £179, the set seems like a bargain!

Obviously it's far from from the best, but at that price and with a 5 year warranty who cares?

this is basically the warranty you get which is not that expensive anyway just hope they dont expect you to send it when it breaks down, which within 5 years im sure a blaupunk tv will lol, although ive bought one for my daughters bedroom i cant see it making it 5 years trouble free.

Im afraid your completely wrong! This is the extended warranty you can also take out but not part of the deal.. You get a Tesco guarantee for 5 years covering all mechanical issues, square trade is cover for all mechanical and accidental damage.. Please don't pay off you don't actually know what your taking about..

Having seen the polaroid 50' and just set my 39 blaupunkt tv up,the picture quality on the 39' is so much better,so don't waste your money buying a bigger tv that is rubbish,just my opinion

I have a sky hd package so why would I need it

Hot, my mum has the polaroid 39 set from sainsburys that was £199 afew months back, I expect its pretty much the same tv and I cant fault it other than the speakers have no bass, but then again not many flat panels do and a cheap soundbar, home cinema system or even 2.1 pc speakers will remedy that.

No scart by the looks of things, I know its not an input I use often but it is useful for setting up the sound settings on my home cinema dvd system and for when I get the ps2 out.

Hope so, loved everything about the LG, except the sound and the size. This Blaupunkt is only for the bedroom.

delivered today mess about with the options and colours looks great well pleased. sound not bad at all but I have it hooked up to my bose system so even better
