Dropped in price slightly at Base. Seems to be the cheapest price around at the moment for a physical copy.

- Ultimate combination - Top franchises Persona 4 Arena, RWBY, BLAZBLUE and Under Night In-Birth come together for a spectacular crossover!

- RWBY joins the fray - The hugely popular anime franchise has been entirely re-designed to be in a fighting game for the first time!
Tag Team! - Pick your favourites in a 2v2 battle system for powerful and creative team-ups!

- Exclusive chats - Enjoy freshly-recorded and unique interactions between the characters from the different franchises!

- Reworked controls - the thrill of combat without the difficult imput gives a streamlined move set for all characters!

- Easy entry - Extensive tutorial and simplified moves will allow new players to enjoy the game - but that doesn't mean the game is easy!

- Immersive sets - Enjoy environments and musics from each franchise!

- Fan-favourites are back! - Play as the leads from each story with 20 playable characters in the base game and the RWBY team for free!
European love - The game boasts an English voiceover and text in French, English, German, Italian and Spanish!

Its not a bad price for the base game but the complete edition is out later in the month that includes the 20 DLC characters that came out with this plus the additional 11 characters that got added since. Its dearer but is worth considering for those who don't want to pay high amounts for the additional DLC.

Thanks for pointing that out. Base games for beat ‘em ups are quite often misleading, sadly.
They hardly ever put dlc on sale do they?

There are seven character packs totalling around £30. PSPrices certainly suggests they’ve never been on sale:

You’d be cheaper buying the physical, and the deluxe digital (currently c£13). I’m assuming the latter includes all characters.

They put the digital versions of the games on sale occasionally (as mentioned above the digital deluxe edition includes the additional 20 characters) but yes, developer ASW seems to be a fan of rarely (if ever) of putting character DLC on sale.

They're not as financially comfortable as Capcom and the like but you'd think if they can put the DLC characters for DB Fighterz on sale occasionally they could do it with their own fighters sometime.
