Nice spot, but it'll likely be cheaper via eShop for those just interested in owning said game at the lowest price.

I dunno usually games with a physical release actually sell for more on the eshop. Check out doom, skyrim etc. Something about nintendo forcing the physical and eshop rrp to be the same which pushes up the digital price of anything sold physically.

Yeah you are right. I think Indie games are cheaper on the eshop than their physical counterpart but other games from bigger developers usually are more expensive digitally than physically.

yea indies seem to get around it by offering a different physical product, special edition, limited run etc.

It's this low a price because around half of the characters are DLC.

Seems like a decent enough amount without the DLC though so not too bad.
I'll be checking this one out. Cheers @Gamerofgames
Very interested in the Switch version at that price. Nice find.

Well in america the price fir thr game is supposed to be $49.99 with the dlc being $19.99.

This being £26.99 doesnt actually match up thiugh. And the character dlc pass will probably cost £17.99

Again this is a confusing way to release a game, but its arc system works. They do this stuff all the time. Its apparently a really good game though.
Can anyone confirm when 365 Games take payment for a pre-order? I'm more interested in the game when its around this price on launch.

I think this is actually the case for all consoles and the reasoning for why Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo do this was to not lose deals with brick and mortar as well as online retailers who not only sell the physical games but also the hardware and accessories.

So if they made digital cheaper, no one would buy physical games from those places and they would then stop selling hardware and accessories which the console manufactorers need selling.
The Persona aspect makes this game even better and worth the purchase, added heat for a great find.
I would implore everyone on this site to NOT use 365games. I placed two orders one day after another and used points I gained previously to convert into vouchers to use on those orders. On the third day received an email advising of a promotion whereby if I convert my points into vouchers I can gain an additional amount of points for one week only. As I had literally placed two orders over the previous two days, I asked if they could give me the points, instead of me cancelling and reordering. They told me basically if they did it for me, everyone would have to get the same treatment, so tough. I rated their service as poor in response. I got an email back from 'Mia' a trainee customer service person (that should have been the clue), that she might be able to offer me some points as a token gesture, but just to be clear, I won't be getting anywhere near what I could have received had I placed the order when the promotion went live. Then she had the cheek to demand that I change how I personally rated the service! Needless to say I gave them a mouthful. I have cancelled my order for shenmue (the other was too late) and I will be closing down my account. I would strongly recommend everyone else does likewise, they do not give a damn about customers, unlike thegamecollection and base who have been excellent and of course don't take money up front. I was going to defend 365games yesterday but after this email response, I'm very glad I didn't. Please think twice before using them.
