Free spyware preloaded! Mega hot!

Bought one few days ago, so far so good. Nice HD screen and decent performance with its 3GB Ram. Good for streaming i use it for youtube, BT sport's and Netflix and it performs good.
Handles games fine as well, Mario Run works good without any slowing down of the phone or lag.

So id say its a decent capable phone at £109 a very good price. Bonus of being 4G and has dual sim

Looking at the article date and Amazon reviews, it looks like they've been on sale since mid-September.

Ha, not at all mate. I've had this iPhone a while now. I find Android a little better in terms of phone devices. Won't move me from my Macs, though

Interesting. It had been a while since I'd seen or heard anything about Blue phones. Good to now it's nothing to worry about though

How is the audio from this ? I believe it only has one speaker . Is it loud enough for watching YouTube, taking calls on loud speaker etc?
Many thanks

I voted hot based on the spec vs price - but then looked closer and realised this is the usual price albeit apart from a hike up to £169 for a week at the end of September.

I thought the same, but the drop there is when it was removed from sale. I assume it took the most recent price drop and dragged it across.

Its good enough i think and loud. The speaker on this blu phone is placed on the back better then some more expensive phones who place small speaker grills and the bottom of the phone like the Samsung S7 that the Mrs has. The speaker on this phone seems larger then the S7. Sound might not be as good as the S7 but its close enough

Thanks for that. I recently bought a Blackview A7 from GearBest via HUKD and had similar fears. I ran both apps and can confirm that bug free.

The reviews are very mixed to say the least. If you look at the 1 star reviews most are happy with phone to begin with but then suffer serious problems after a few months of use and customer support is poor.
I'm no phone expert but probably wiser to go for the Redmi Note 4 you mentioned in posting.

My understanding is Amazon.com (USA) pulled the Blu phones, which are the highest volume selling phone on Amazon USA because of the data collection issues. They appear to be selling them again after resolving the malware issue but that may not be the case for UK ones. The problem seems to be the fact that adups can send new firmware OTA to re start the malware whenever they want.

I bought this from Amazon about a month ago. Very capable phone replaced a SU6 that broke after two years. The only issue I have and it's minor is that there is no persistent notification light . It flashes once when a message email etc arrives and then nothing. I knew this when I bought but didn't realise how much I relied on the blue light on the SU6 to let me know about some messages etc.. just have to check phone manually whenever I haven't had it in ear shot. Definitely wouldn't put me off recommending it for a reasonable phone. I had planned to get the note 4 from China but this is UK sourced delivered next day and good support.

Free malware with Blu phones still?
Put me off buying cheap Chinese phones after last time, when I had an Elephone S3.

Disgusting the way some companies treat consumers.

Every Android phone comes with preloaded spyware. That's what Google do.

Spec wise, what's it on par with? My son wants a new phone for Xmas. He currently has a Samsung S5.
Cheers all.

They aren’t Chinese, they are American

Is the included malware produced in America as well?

Did you buy this? If so would you recommend? Thanks

Good price, but sometimes you do get what you pay for. I bought one of these for my mum who doesn't really need a flag ship phone. None the less it went straight back for many reasons. I would suggest swerving these...
