This bold cinematic experience takes viewers on a magical adventure across the greatest, yet least known parts of our planet – our oceans. Since The Blue Planet aired in 2001, our understanding of life beneath the waves has completely changed. Travelling from the icy polar seas to the vibrant blues of the coral atolls, Blue Planet II shares these astonishing new discoveries. Meet the strange octopuses lurking in the depths of the Antarctic ocean. Watch giant trevally fish leap to catch birds in mid-air. And ride on the back of a hammerhead shark as it attacks. Inspiring awe and wonder, this series reveals surprising new places, charismatic new characters and extraordinary new behaviours.

  • Episode 1 - One Ocean
  • Episode 2 - The Deep
  • Episode 3 - Coral Reefs
  • Episode 4 - Big Blue
  • Episode 5 - Green Seas
  • Episode 6 - Coasts
  • Episode 7 - Our Blue Planet
  • Blue Planet II Diaries can be found on the Blu-ray Discs, these were filmed in HD only

Sorry what's the difference between the 6 disc version and the regular …Sorry what's the difference between the 6 disc version and the regular version? Is it just a matter of quality or is there extra content?

The deal here for £17.99 is the 6 discs which includes blu ray and UHD.

The £13.99 3 disc version is blu ray only, and the other 6 disc version at £19.99 is for the blu ray (no UHD) double pack of Blue Planet series 1 & 2

Of course you could have just clicked on the different versions to see for yourself, but it's clearly so much quicker to ask on here.

Great price.

Shame I bought a crappy HiSense TV with fake 4k...
Outstanding price. I paid £25 for this and have no regrets, for this price it's a steal.

The only thing that bothers me is the diaries were shot in HD so you have to put the Blu-ray disc in to see them.
Superb price. This looks absolutely incredible in HDR.
Fantastic price, just ordered! Been keeping an eye out for ages

Which HiSense do you have? I have one and it certainly is 4K but doesn’t have all the Ultra smooth nonsense that makes everything look fake.
Ordered, thanks
Thanks Chanchi
I ordered this from your amazon post
A bargain

Er...what?!
Thanks Ordered
Bought that along with Planet Earth 2 - 4K HDR from Zoom you win some and lose some.
Gonna buy this just to see what it looks like on new HDR tv
I was looking at this on Amazon last night 20/3/18 to marry up with my Planet Earth 2 UHD disk but the Amazon price was £29.99.
Imagine my disappointment at seeing the same price when clicking on this link this morning.
Came back a little later on and was still £29.99 but clicking over to the dvd version then back to Blu-ray UHD version brought it down to £19.99!
Happy days. Ordered. Thanks Op. Will try to add heat for this one as link now showing in grey as expired.

Maybe you bought the Blu-ray and not the 4K version? Just a thought...
I’ll let you know DaveKp when it arrives. It’s taking a while...
