Mixing electronics into the water supply isn't that smart, especially if …Mixing electronics into the water supply isn't that smart, especially if you buy the product direct from China....no EU certification?

It's not wired into the mains if that's what you're thinking.

Fun and a great soothing experience. Haha gotta love these descriptions. Good price.
Brill! Ordered, thanks. Hot (not just the tap!)
These are not bright, specially as you won't use them with lights off so it will be hard to spot the glow!!!
Have had these for years but the temperature controlled ones. Great price and heat added.
Thanks for posting
Thanks.

The longer it takes to arriive, the easier it is to forget when the chinese junk you bought fails prematurely.
Will make you think you're in a Fracking area.

I bought one in a lucky bag, didn't fit either of my mixer taps!

Ok I see now. The pic is rather misleading. You don't get the tap lol

Battery?

I wondered that, but if you follow the link and look at some of the Q&A, there's one saying it's "hydro power". Now I doubt if you have to build a dam and install a turbine/generator set, so I suspect it must have a mini dynamo - a rotating magnet driven by the water flow, and a coil in the body.
How is Gearbest?

Ok...................................so far. Bought a few torches and they've all got here eventually, but you know the timescale when you order.

Your hardly going to be plugging it into a 3 pin plug are you.

I've read some bad reviews of Gearbest but I have to give them credit for the following, though I do wonder what the response would have been if it was a high price item that got lost in transit.
A pair of cheap (£1.36 for the pair ) earbuds I ordered in October never arrived.
I waited the requisite time before opening a dispute which took a few messages to sort out but eventually they repaid me in full back to PayPal. I'd rather have had the buds at that price though, crap or not.

Thank you ! Will try not to sit by the post box every morning !
Can you get these with a greeny-yellow LED?

The crap that has arrived doesn't work, and the crap that hasn't arrived probably won't either - won't be using them again.
Can't go wrong for the price but they are round screw fit, so will probably only fit in your kitchen tap and tend to last for a few months before only lighting up intermittently.

A positive that the Op failed to mention is that the colours actually change depending on the temperature of the water, so will go from blue to green to red if you start cold and go to hot.

No, it doesn't..

Drat was after a mains one, sarcasm is not a lost art even if it is to me?
A 2.5cm fitting this will be like one previously bought does not fit tiddly UK taps.
Golden rule, for 10 complaints one praise; I've never had a delivery issue with loads of stuff from AliExpress and Gearbest and most of it been spot on, quality wise (mostly Xiaomi).
I'll order one for a laugh.. forget about it, have nice little surprise when it arrives.
Coupon maxed out! To spend the extra 45p or not to spend....
Code expired when you type code in it doubles the price avoid freezing

Does on the two I have which were purchased independently from two different locations and in two different styles.

That is not true for the item listed here by the OP and to which you were referring ("A positive that the Op failed to mention is that the colours actually change depending on the temperature of the water, so will go from blue to green to red if you start cold and go to hot."), NO, the item here as sold by Gearbest doesn't change colour and I stand by my comment!

Probably better off with one of the ones that do then aren't you, unless blue is what you're after. They seem to go for about £1 on ebay
