Excellent price for what it is - but it certainly is not a premium headset.
I've just purchased the Sennheiser MM 450, which works perfectly with my iPhone, iPad, PS3
and laptop (haha, no not a MacBook!).
Now that IS a premium headset with continued support to improve the interface to reflect changing standards in the iPhone OS. (voice control etc).

This is a good headset for a nonaudiophile, but I would question the quality of the sound from squared cups fitting your rounded ears to be able to block out sound, especially when attempting to make calls and hear the receiver clearly against background noise.

At over £200, they're not for everyone.

I have ordered a set of these to try with my 3GS and iPad, hoping they are ok. A friend at work has the jaybird SB2 headset that looks identical but cost around £80, so for £19 they are allowed to be a quarter the quality lol

Received the headset today, very pleased. Connected to both iPhone and iPad quickly and easily, all controls work perfectly, sound quality is pretty good, build quality is higher than expected and they feel comfortable enough to wear for several hours... All in all they are easily worth double the price.

thought bluetooth was poor quality for music?

could i use these to listen to music from my htc hd7 (WP7)?
thanks

As long as they're using A2DP, should be pretty good. I just bought the Sennheiser MM 100's and I think they're great.

so any reviews for these on ipad?

Anyone know if you can watch films/listen to music on the PS3 using a2dp bluetooth headphones?

Anyone know if these work with a PS3, please?

@zollies: I believe they will work for online gaming chat (e.g. when playing COD online). But i am not sure if they will work for video or music playback.

now £17.99 delivered! Plus 1% quidco

Ordered! - I hate wires! I just hope it doesnt have any sync issues!

Alternatively you could order one of these bluetooth receivers for about £7.50 and use your own headphones dealextreme.com/p/b…312 although you would probably need one of these too dealextreme.com/p/u…552 unless you have an adapter for the charger

I ordered a pair of these last year but the shop never dispatched them.

I wouldn't worry - it just gives us "nonaudiophiles" a great opportunity to have a laugh at how much money people can waste when they're convinced by clever marketing teams to buy snake oil.

I got these last week for a friends laptop. Very pleased how well they worked with the computer interface wise, sound quality seems to vary between good and average, I'd highly recommend them as a headset though, built in microphone works a treat.

It's not really snake oil as more expensive headphones/speakers usually sound better.
But it is a case of diminishing returns.

Looks like these get manufacturer then labelled by whoever.
found this Youtube review for a different company, but the headset looks identical.

So because you're not interested in the difference in quality, that means it does not exist?

Interesting.

I was thinking about buying a Ford Focus RS. Are you interested in cars? If not I'll just buy a Fiesta instead...

Nope - you guessed wrongly. I am just having a giggle at the expense of people who call themselves "audiophiles" when it so often means "gullible".

Not to mention the fact that has been already pointed out that the "audiophile" headphones cost ten times as much.

Haha - I presume you must be poor too as you don't appear to have learnt to write basic English!

I hope why u guys are bizzy bickering u have not forgot to give this deal some heat lol ta

Look surprisingly similar to JayBirds!!!

Basically a direct copy of the jaybird sb2's. Had these for a while now, they work great with both iPhone and iPad. The controls work with video playback on iPad, I.e. YouTube, CineXPlayer etc. Very nice

Turned up today. Work very well with my Samsung Galaxy S. Skips, plays and pauses through PowerAmp.

Sound quality is the best I've heard through a bluetooth headset.

Turned up today, returned it today, really uncomfortable, I didnt even test them out, but even if they were the best sound quality ever I wouldnt keep them, couldnt have them on my head for 1 minute let alone hours!

so are these worth the money? what the next best bluetooth headphones?

IMO, yes, the sound, build and signal quality is very good for the price.

BiGT mentioned that they can be uncomfortable, but I haven't really noticed this, it's either because I have the band further back on my head (over the crown area) or simply because heads come in different shapes

Haven't tried the microphone yet though, but that's not what I bought them for so I'm not bothered.

I'm considering buying another set for this price, they're a bargain.
