It's a nice car that you hire for three years, that means you don't own it at the end of that period. It may just catch on who knows!
Update:
gepw and markymark34: apparently the picture is not the car you get. Here are some pictures:

This is definitely a case of paying for the badge - 1.5 3 cylinder engine, 136ps, mediocre performance and just 2 doors - I wouldn't blame the anti-lease mob to have a problem with this one.

Edit: I think the total is ONLY £10074.08

Nope, a bad driver is a bad driver. The car makes no difference.

Yes they do but its mostly BMW, Range Rover and VAG drivers that seem to think they own the roads.

Just my 2p

Does this include insurance, tax, fuel and servicing?

And how many miles can you do per year?
Your picture is somewhat misleading, that’s not a standard 218i M-Sport

Your mummy says click on the link to find out....

Seems BMW's are as overpriced to lease as they are to buy.. a certain type of person leans towards a BMW badge, I suspect the same person considering a AUDI or VW badge too.

If you know where to look BMW's are not expensive to buy.

Don't you have a brake pedal? It's extremely easy to teach them a lesson

Doing it to one, or even a dozen, wouldn't make a difference to the shared brain cell that those morons have a timeshare of.

Maybe another 2k per year on top for all of that?
For that money you should get proper M2

Have you driven the engine or just read about it on the toilet?
It’s the Mini Cooper engine
Engine is sweet.... not gonna win Daytona but it’s nice

Unless they have a dashcam, in which case you could implicate yourself for dangerous driving - it’s a lot easier to see random sudden braking than it is driving too close to the car in front.

Just drive normal speed, they’ll eventually give up. Anyway they’re hardly going to get round you in a 3-cylinder 218i with M badges on it
If you're going to get a BMW get a proper one

Is this a fake one from China?
Way to go with the picture 🏽 as thats exactly the car you will get
TBH the engine is really good.

2 series will be replaced shortly, hence the cheap deal.

Where can I get one from? That would be a proper deal

Steering wheel is on the wrong side too on the website
Slow car for a lot of money. Badge tax for this.

I've had the displeasure of driving one when my 330e was in for yet more repairs. 1.5 3 cylinder? Had to go to Devon and back in it. Good job I had a fuel card too at 36mpg. Terrible engine and I fail to really see the point of it when it's so bad on fuel. I can get more than that on a run in my Golf R unless this was just a particular bad/thrashed/faulty engine?

So it will be utterly unreliable too - it gets worse...
MrSprkle02/08/2019 22:18

Expensive wasnt the word I used.. you get very little for your money..

Sorry yeah I guess I agree with you in the case of some models. Paying way over the odds for a 218i. Boring engine. The like of a m140i you get quite a bit for your money.
pc_tech8603/08/2019 00:48

If you're going to get a BMW get a proper one

Do you mean that buying any BMW and sticking M badges to it, painting the kidney grille stripes with light blue, blue and red M colours (the currently annoying trend that doesn't fool anyone) or sticking huge spiltters and skirts to a non-M 3-series doesn't count
How on Earth is this "deal" getting warm? Seriously, it's a terrible offering and at three years long there's a good chance you'd need to buy tyres. Two year deals make much more sense to me.

It’s not the old 1.6 pug engine from he previous generation.

Have you seen the cost of lease deals lately? I’ll be lucky to get a Dacia duster for £10k next December when my lease is up.
