Absolute stonker of a deal. Granted, it's expensive for a car but this is better than any BMW PCP deal you will ever get and with a realistic mileage.

It is worth noting this lease INCLUDES the £450 road tax this car will incur after year 1, saving you a fair bit in year 2 and 3 compared to the likes of a PCP/HP agreement.

Cost breakdown based on the 10k miles per annum, 3 year term and 3 months up:

Monthly cost: £540.11
Initial payment: £1620.34
Total cost: £21,064.30 (£585 a month including initial payment)

Available on other terms too but 3 years works out the cheapest. If you fancy alternative miles per annum, here is the cost:

5k miles - £498.43 a month, £1495.28 up, £19,438.76 total cost (£540 a month including initial payment)

8k miles - £517.88 a month, £1553.64 up, £20,197.32 total cost (£561 a month including initial payment)

Other mileages above 10k available but I can't be bothered writing them out

PLEASE no lease haters putting their bit in, if you don't like leasing don't bother commenting - I'm still recovering from the headache from my last deal - and that was a PCP!

I drive a Vauxhall, own a Windows computer & have a OnePlus 5.

Why can't we all accept that it's OK to drive and use other brands without so much hatred towards them. Whether it's Samusung/Apple/BMW. Grow up HUKD kids.

This is a good deal, have some heat

Not an amazing price for a £50k P11D, plus you have to drive an m2 which must be very embarassing

Nice motor, as are all the BMW M cars. Oh if only I had a decent income that would let me live instead of merely survive.
Excellent deal. Deserved heat

My bad, thought its 2. Over 3 its good deal !
If you must own this car, it's the cheapest way to do it. The PCP deals require big deposits to make the payments similar to this.

Cheapest i've seen is : deposit £9,550 then 47 x £499 plus GFV £22,878 and that's for a standard manual.
I maybe wrong but your maths look wrong... its 20,524.19 isn't it? usually first month is included in deposit?

that's a depressing video...
How much you would lose over 3 years if you bought one?
Best price I have seen for the M2C assuming the depreciation would not leave any cash when comparing against a PCP deal.

Definitely. The only people I think are going to benefit from the M2 comps are those that got the first of the lot, keep for 6 months and sell. Still quite few and far between just now so holding up well
Tbh, this is one of those few times I think buying would be better than leasing, as I think the depreciation is going to quite low much like the 1M which held its value losing very little. I know the M2 will be made in greater numbers but I think it'll be sound investment. However if you can't afford to lay out that much cash then this is a good deal.
Cheers

Nice car but I’d rather have an rs3 as at least you can drive it all year round even in snow and ice. It holds its value a lot better too.

Why’s it embarrassing to drive an m2. You aren’t one of these fools that thinks m3 m4 m5 are better because they aren’t. M3 and m4 aren’t as well balanced and the m5 is a heavy straight line monster that’s double the cost

The m5 is the only real M in the current range and will cost around £110k for a good spec. The 2 series is a poverty series for teenagers and looks absolutely ugly as hell, all anyone thinks when they see one is "Do they make those for men?". The m3 and m4 have had their day, I really didn't like the m4 at all - so much I moved to Audi.

No serious buyer over 21 would consider this as anything other than an ugly, cheap tacky vehicle. (think Fiesta RS Turbo).

I have to disagree I have owned a few M cars. Having driven the M2, it feels very much like a older M car. It's actually a lot of fun to drive with a lot of feel to what the car is doing. I own a M4 and it's very skittish but once you learn to drive it properly it's very rewarding. I owned a 07 RS4 and that was probably the last RS that Audi did that didn't feel numb to drive.

Think you might have issues. The M2 comp is a cracking car. Having driving the M5, M4 competition and luckily an M4 CS in my opinion these are all awesome cars. Sadly my last one was an E46 M3 and unless circumstances change dramatically I won't be able to afford another one. M2 comp would be my pick of the bunch.

It looks ugly, is cheap and tacky. I am sure it drives great, but the form is so bad it cannot be forgiven - it just screams "I have no taste whatsover".
