Seems expensive overall for 2yrs and limited miles. But maybe if someone has their heart set on this model....
I can't think who's have this car and only do 5000 miles for £7.5k..taxis would be cheaper
Not a bad price at all.

Im looking to get one in Jan, with £7k off list (BMW staff deal) and £10k down its working out at £400 a month over 4 yrs. This is almost a better deal.
And for £12/net/mth more, you can have it for an extra year with 8,000 miles/year from BMW Peter Vardy Edinburgh
Amazing car, drove one a few weeks ago, but M4 is still a lot nicer.

Surely this depends how much an additional mile costs? If its 6p its going to be a good deal still, if its £1, then probably not.
Good old BMW. Reverse camera, a decent sound system, electric memory seats, heated front seats are all paid for extras on a £51000 car.

Decent sound system = exhaust note.
Reverse camera = it has parking sensors front and back.
Memory seats = once seat is set, its set.
Heated seats = man up.

You also forgot lumbar support and folding rear seats.....both optional.
What a car though End of the day this is a great way to get into a bloody amazing car. You'd have to up the mileage though, this car needs to be driven!
Are you actually serious with this mileage? 10k is fine, many do that. Maybe 8k if you only do local trips. But how the heck are you supposed to enjoy a £50k performance car with only 5k miles a year. Couple of motorway trips and 1/5 of your miles are gone. Seriously, come on. It's not even that cheap either. You're better off getting a 2-4 year old M3.
so let me get this right.. total cost over 2yrs divided = approx £150 for less than 100miles a week ie the school run plus fuel and insurance etc..

a budget car with a big engine...
You’re paying over £14k for a car which you can only drive 13.9 miles a day???that won’t even take me to work n back. 5k s year is ridiculous..
Cold cold cold. like i would be when i have to park the car after 6 months to walk to the shops because I've run out of miles, plus i don't like leases
great car, thanks for taking the time to post - great way to get a this pedigree of car
My friend has a company car which he uses for most trips so his personal car clocks up about this sort of mileage so this would be perfect for him
For most people this is a 2nd car for fun use so 5k per yr is plenty.

I do a european road trip with my mates each year which is about 2k miles, and in my M3 since Jan ive done 3k in it including that. Id probably need 6k, but you can just pay for the extra mileage.
problem is, after the 2 years, you return it.....
No one has mentioned that you need a personal car allowance or a note from your employer saying the car is for business use. That rules out most people being able to benefit from this deal.

Couldn't agree more, I could never understand how somebody can shell out thousands to be left with absolutely nothing after a couple of years?

Depreciation! After two years, your £50k BMW might fetch only £30k trade-in so therefore leasing can work out a lot cheaper.
