Been searching for two new tires; and could not find cheaper than £147.50 each at KwikFit - but found them around £9 cheaper at f1autocentres - with also using discount code TW2OFF
Saved me £18 - for 2 225/60 R17 V99 - thought I would share. Cheers

Cheers - not going to cost £40 to fit each tire! - live and learn - thanks
you're welcome - been caught out before
tyres seem to be all over the place, plus fitting etc to consider
prices from even good sites for my Pirellis seemed to vary from £92 to £160
Buy an x1 as well, sorted...
you normally [automatically] replace like for like (or nearly like) in terms of tyre spec, ie you replace close to what the car came with when new
not sure if that is perfect practice - but it's what the insurance companies expect you to do
not a big fan of run flats, myself
BMW's come as standard with them, probably for cost reasons. Personally, I'm happy to stick with them as I wouldn't want my wife to be stuck at the side of the motorway with a puncture, whereas you can drive for 50 miles or so on run flats. I changed my 1 series back to run flats and didn't notice any difference in comfort.
You need a car that can take them (with sensors to know when one is punctured) or have tyre pressure sensors.
I was trying to contact camskill through their website and my email did not get through. .. very specific company with Gmail account. I not sure if I would give them my money.!
Another problem is postage to NI is without tracking number -weird. All companies are doing tracking .
Anyone got good experience with them? Because prices are fantastic!
Camskill have a great reputation, they have been trading for years.
