Is there a new model due out? The current one is now 12 years old. Seems a decent spec for the discounted price, it's a bit of a woman's car though - 3 lasses have one at my place of work and they all enjoy theirs.

Whats the female equivalent of male midlife crisis(small **** syndrome as my female work pals call it)

The majority of sports car drivers and monster 4x4 drivers are female now so just wondering if its some sort of midlife crisis also ?

This model came out at the end of 2009. There are ladies on HUKD as well

I don't necessarily think it's a midlife crisis thing, more of a midlife spare cash syndrome once all the kids are grown up and no longer draining the bank of mam and dad. The Z4 is surprisingly spacious inside i'm assuming, because one of my female colleagues who has one is 6'1" tall in flat shoes and is built like a Russian shotputter and she fits in it fine. If you want one of these then it's a hot price.

Buy one with a few thousand on the clock and save a further 10 grand.....because there's always some mug who wants first dibs

Anyone know how much the optional Indicator Pack is?

Old joke is old

Bmw drivers dont need indicators. we are lucky at all that they let us use their roads.

Any more cheek and you'll not be allowed

Hot btw

10 years ago the bmw stereotype was probably correct but in 2011 the 3 series outsold the mondeo. Why? Because they are great cars to drive and now the majority of people who own them are people who enjoying driving. Wish i had the money for one of these. A cracking car and an excellent engine (albeit a 4 cylinder).
Great find.

The above model is the current model which was released in 2009. This model is more refined than it's predecessor, more sporty GT competing with the Slk market share as opposed to the boxster. Still a decent enough drive but not enough to out box a boxster. Heat from me.

No, a few appreciate the finer points of the brand - the majority just like the brand in spite of the downsides (terrible ride, poor space efficiency, won't work in winter, criminally overpriced 'extras' which should be standard, mediocre reliability, etc., etc., etc..................................). 98% brand snobbery.

*yawn* what's it to you anyway? Dont understand why people whinge about other people spending their own money. Who cares whether they buy it for snobbery or not? It just makes you look like you are jealous.

Well said. The 2nd gen z4 is nearly 400kg heavier than the gen 1. Folding hardtop, much better interior and more spacious.

Scary thought that people place what sex should own what car. Get what you like and can afford.

Morons complaining about BMW drivers..Ha!
So what people are saying is when you go from one car brand to another you change you driving bad habits to match the brand stereotype? Odd, I wonder if the knows in their battered citreons and pugeots etc stop being jealous stereotypical asses when they get a nice car.

The z4 isn't a women's or hairdresser's car, it's just a nice all rounder.
Very few cars should be classed as a man's or women's car, pathetic the stigma attached to gender and cars
