Great price for an intro into one of the top singer/songwriters of all time, some original classics there. Thanks.

Brilliant selection of songs. I don't think I could have compressed Dylan better into 1 CD. A great intro to the legend.

Great find and a fantastic offer. Have some heat.

If you've never heard Dylan do yourself a favour and buy this.
Rainy Day Women #12 & 35 is a pretty ridiculous inclusion given his catalogue though - one of his worst.

yes, i find it strange its on his greatest hits albums. not my bag amongst the other excellent stuff but some must rate it!

R.

I'm sorry, but although it is cheap, this is a woefully short compilation.

If you want a comprehensive best of, you'd do better with the "Dylan" double CD which, although it costs more, has many more great songs.

Yes this is the best Dylan you can get for £2, but if you like it you'll only end up buying something else anyway!

thats quite a poor best of, go for the Essential Dylan if you're after a decent intro/compilation

think you're missing the point. don't think it pretends to be 'best of' but provides a nice intro with some good tracks for only £2 and is therefore good value.

If you like it you'll end up buying albums like Freewheelin', Blood on the Tracks and Highway 61. A comprehensive Dylan "Best Of" is fairly pointless since he's got several albums where every track could go on there. A cheap taster's a perfect introduction.
