Not really, at all.

Ordered Thanks!

Thanks! Never heard of this, look forward to trying it though.

Ordered; thanks! Worth a try at the price.

These are so good, I always feel great after using mine.

I just got mine out again and I'd left it in the highest position and it's bent in that position now. Hopefully it will relax again. So if you're not using remove the top bit or put it in the lowest position.

cheap enough to give it a try.
have had niggly back problems because of my job for years.
if this help it would be great

Well I'm going to give it a go, at £13 if it only helps a little it will be worth it, back pain is such a PITB. Thanks OP.

£13.16 for a bit of plastic - this better work!

Ordered thanks! Wanted one of these for awhile. Had a voucher so was only £3 heat added.

These are amazing. The reviews are correct. I was in agony for months by early afternoon in the office having to be sat down all day. 5 mins on this each morning made such an almost immediate and notable difference. If you're having back pains I can't recommend this highly enough. Plus it feels great to get a good click or two out of the back.

thanks op, hope it works!

After reading the positive reviews here and on Amazon, I decided to take the plunge for my back. After all it suffers day in and day out from me being at my desk job!

The question I usually ask myself but this time the answer is postive! Do i need it - yes! and Do i want it - yes!

That's a new seller with business address here in the UK shipping items from New York with zero feedback/selling history

Got one, for probably around the £20 mark, and it is great. Really does work.

Even cheaper now. Cost just over £10 all in.

Had one for ages now, it's one of the best tools to I've used for lower back pain. 5 mins twice a day.

I have scoliosis and occasional sciatic nerve pain. Does anyone who has used this have similar?

I'd seek professional advise for yourself. All depends whats causing the nerve impingement leading to your sciatica.

Bought mine from Amazon before they put the price up.

I've tried ours, just on the lower back, seemed to help. But I found position 1 a bit tame and position 2 a bit too curved, I doubt very much if I would ever use position 3

3 looks like its far too much extension. Unnatural lordosis.

I didn't buy one. I based my answer on my professional opinion (i'm an osteopath)

No it is smooth. After the first use my back felt very tender for 24hrs but after the second go on day two it feels great.
