Never liked using these, hassle cleaning up, better off with an Aeropress.
I've never understood the appeal of aeropress -- fiddly and tedious to use, leaks into cup while brewing, not that easy to clean
Full size ones available for £4!!!! (edited)
£4 for the 8 cup! Hoddesdon
They were reduced again (11/01) at my local branch (Barrow In Furness) to..... £2! I bought 3 to make gift sets with. The ground coffee is going to cost more than the press
Thanks OP will check tomorrow 🤞

very low stock if you are going to the Norwich store.
Not sure this is expensive enough. Should be at least 100x more then I can get some Hallowed Mountain Goat rinsed with the joyous tears of elves Coffee beans from the Hipster Bean Co. Which can only be brewed if you have a beard and mustard coloured trousers that are too short so your bare ankles are exposed.
Anyway that silly story didn't happen fortunately. What is wrong with brewing Coffee in this device for £3? What amazing Coffee brewing process would I be depriving myself of?
Hot.....i have the full size one and its amazing quality.
Great bargain I'd expect to pay a tenner normally
Picked up one of these last year after Christmas at Morrisons for £5 still going use it daily for either coffee or to froth milk
Ive heard these called ‘French Presses’ a few times lately. I’ve always known them as cafetieres. What’s with the name change?
Thats the American name for them
Be aware these are tiny - capacity the same as a can of coke.
The 8 cup is good for 3-4 mugs
Reduced even further in Paignton store today. Now 75p for the small (3 cup) and £1 for full size (8 cup)....got some for raffle prizes , still 6 + left .(edited)
