This fitness machine combines a traditional stepper with fitness bands for an optional upper body workout. The intense cardiovascular benefits of a stepper are well known, as are the strength and toning benefits to the calves, quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes - the bands extend the strengthening and toning benefit to the upper body, using the beneficial, yet gentle fitness bands, which have been used for many years in Pilates workouts.

A machine computer records and displays the workout duration, calorie expenditure and step count.

The steel and rubber construction is of high quality and comes with a one year guarantee.

Picked this up in Sainsburys home - Bitterne, Southampton. They had loads and had a different version for £5. Lots of other gym bits cheap too

Don't know how to add a pic sorry!

My wife got one of these (not this exact one) and it started to gather dust after the first go. She bought it to increase the amount of exercise she did on top of going to the gym and swimming (so, it wasn't exactly a post xmas better lose some weight fad!) and it was simply too much hard work (and the rubber feet marked the carpet!).

It's been chucked out of the house now and is in the garden going rusty until I can be bothered to take it to the tip.

The price of this one is of course good but be prepared for a lot of hard work.

Had them in my local store. Not marked up at discounted price but scanned as £5 for the Sainsburys branded one that was originally £59.99
