Ordered the 25kg ones. £26 for 50kg delivered is a no brainer! Make sure you change the delivery to Super Saver though as it's default is first class @ £6+!
I have some of these and they are pretty high quality imo. Getting the 25kg will mean I can avoid a change in adding plates so will be worth it
Thanks OP.

Great price, thx OP!

cold no 40kg on offer at this price X)

Great find heated!

20kg oos for now, but orderable.

Great deal, had the 20kg in my basket, but when I went to pay they went out of stock, then best price was £91!!! Managed to pick up some 15kg and some 17.5kg for same price though, heat added

Thibnking this has to be a mis-price, never seen these at this price before

Don't know who is going to kill me first the good lady or delivery driver. X) Few sets on their way when ready to ship

Were cheaper a few days ago according to camelcamelcamel, but heat given.

Ridiculous price ordered but cant see them honouring it to be fair.

Ordered 2 x 15kg. Cheapest on those by nearly £20 according to camelcamelcamel

um cool I think

OOS expired

amazing deal!!!

For the average joe, is there any point in getting the 25kg ones and struggling to do just a few lifts every day, increasing over time, or is it better to get some smaller ones and just do the reps?

I think im too lazy to do loads of reps, but I like a bargain X)

So so cheap!

oos but ordered regardless. If it's honoured smoking

If he/she is wanting to bicep curl (for example) 25kg on each arm, then that is very heavy for average Joe

I find it highly unlikely that anyone starting out at the gym would be able to lift more than about 15kg for a bicep curl in each arm.

I guess we will have to agree to disagree. As an example here is a rather large guy doing 25kg, with what seems a fair bit of effort and correct form

As a few have said 25kg is very heavy for curls, even for someone who trains regularly! Unless you're seriously power lifting. These will be great for shrugs, rows, lunges and chest (if you have a bench)

Went for the 25kgs myself, worth a shot - awesome if they honour it!

5% student discount as well with an NUS card.

1 rep yeah?
A full 5x8t bicep curl workout for a starter at 15kg, probably not.

Ta for the opinions.

I think i'll ponder getting the 15kgs ones.

If they sell out, so be it. I'll not feel too fussed as i'd probably not use them enough anyway X)

I can curl 60kg of weight + the weight of my z bar. On a good day i may get 6.
So 25kg isnt huge, but these are already made up, so i wont haft to mess around with putting plates on bars for bicep curls,

And that's a solid lift! (assuming you have good form, no throwing yourself back for momentum!) but for someone starting out - completely out of the question haha

Cough ****.

Jealousy will get you no where. I train all the time, and im not starting out like most of you guys.
If i can bench over 100kg, i think i can handle 25kg

Thanks, Grabbed myself some 15kgs and ordered the 25kgs, not even £1 a kilo!

I agree at 60kgs, form dose go a bit out of the window. 50 no problems.
The problem is like a see saw motion, and that i am nearly as heavy as the weight i am lifting.
