Great price for a great bottle of bubbly!! Saw it in my local store and picked up a couple of bottles asked member of staff and they said this was a national offer. Full size bottle.

Bollinger and Moet taste awful. You should save your money and just get sparkling wine if you have to.

No it doesn't. Vintage Bollinger will be much more than that. The 2002, probably the most recently released vintage, is showing at £60, reduced from £70 o Majestic. Bollinger is almost always more expensive than Moet, this is a really good deal. Likely that the Tesco buying department have realised they have too much stock from Xmas and are needing to reduce this, buy now, sure all decent champagne prices will be back to normal in a few weeks time.

I dont know what point you are trying to make there but please be reassured that people who actually sell the stuff for a living, wine merchants not supermarket staff, consider this to be good quality. If people dont like it thats fine just dont assume that because it isnt to your taste it somehow isn't a good deal to someone else.

No.
Presuming that the corks havent been tampered with, decent Champagne will last considerably longer, gradually losing its effervescence over 25+ years but still perfectly drinkable and pleasant. A well made non vintage wine like this Bollinger will benefit from having some bottle age.

What an idiot with no taste, stop smoking you know who i'm talking about just stop it ask Peter

Just been at tesco. No offer on this.

The point of the forum is to post good deals not wether you like the product.
Pointless putting "its revolting"-what use is that ?

Great price for Bolly BTW-heat added.

I presume that, if this is genuine, then it is a store specific clearance deal as no-one else seems to have found it at this price (still full price in the stores around me as well).

Bollinger is probably the best Non Vintage I have tried, Moet is not to my taste at all - too dry, Yellow label is very drinkable but not as pleasant as the Bollinger. Had a few bottles of 1997 vintage and it was superb. I'd rate this over Krug Grand but for me Dom P vintage is the king of champagnes, have several bottles of 96 and 98 vintage and the 98 is in excellent form to drink right now.

V.Good price. Morrisons had this for 17.50 a couple of xmas's ago and not seen it close to this price since.

Always makesure its not a fake. Ensure the writing on the label is embossed (raised a little)
