Ah, a gin salad

Try it with ASDA's fizzy diet bitter cranberry. Dangerous mix that!

The duty-free is slightly stronger, IIRC
Tempting...
got to go get the papers, get the papers
Good price
This stuff is dynamite, great spot. I tried it for the first time in the October school week abroad when I scunnered myself with lager and went onto G&T's. I like it that much I bought 2 litres of duty free for £28 on the flight home to put by for the festive period, but this is a great price for a quality gin. A slice of line is a must! :-)
Its for £14 at Tesco Expresses.
£14 is for 70cl size, this is a litre. Next cheapest I`ve seen is at Sainsbury for £17, this is a fantastic deal.
Just been to local Morrison at Neterfield Nottingham and Guess what no 1 litre bottles on the shelf but had plenty of 70cl bottles at £10.00. I suppose they thought at least sell the 70cl may be plenty in stock so get rid

If correct that's a better deal than the litre bottle.
If there are 70cl bottles @ £10 I would grab them quick, that equates to 14.2p per cl as against 16.38p per cl for the 1 litre bottle if my maths are correct
Just looked at the Morrisons advert, the £10 a bottle refers to the 50cl size.

I think I'd probably pay the little extra for Bombay Saphire though?

Get some heat from me!

My Bombay's 47% and Gordons 37.5%

The Gordon's sold in the UK used to be 40% but is now, as you say, 37.5%. The Bombay Saphire sold in the UK is 40%. I think you got a bargain on that duty free BS!

FWIW, I lived in Southern California for a while, about 60 miles from the border with Mexico, and the local Costco sold Jose Cuevo Gold Tequila in BIG bottles for $10. They were almost 2 litres if I recall (probably 4 US pints - i.e. 64 fl oz?) and in pounds cost about £6.50! MUCH cheaper than duty free!
